I would love that bathroom as a pass through in front of the bedroom instead of behind. Better for people walking in and out and guests because it’s a fabulous bathroom especially with the laundry in it but not having to walk through the bedroom to get to it.
I agree completely. If the bathroom was a walk through to the master, then you could just close your bedroom door that way guests can use the bathroom without seeing your bedroom. And i wouldn't mind walking through the bathroom to get to my master.
Saves money on pipe. AND KEEPS BEDROOM PRIVATE. Above desk put a bumper rail around 12 inch high, throw a pad/mattres, lil gate, ladder for a 6-10 yr old. Looks like single bed size baby mattress wideth but longer.
I agree. If the bathroom and the laundry area were a pass-through that would more than allow for a really nice shower tub combo on the right side and the sink and toilet on the left and then having a pocket door leading into the bedroom would be perfect. I really do like this unit. It's got great visual interest inside and out and really personifies the tiny home ideal.
Finally, a new floor plan that is different from most of them. This is really nice, but I'd want the entire wall in the bedroom to be built-in cabinets instead of the bench...just do away with the bedroom window. That would offer so much more storage, which is needed in any tiny home. I could also see that wall with a pantry, and a side x side washer/dryer, then you could put in a back door. I'd leave out the bedside tables and turn my bed sideways up against the wall to have more walking space through the room.
I love the bedroom. I like the porch, hidden laundry, and raised ceiling in the kitchen. Not sure I would want everyone tromping through my bedroom to get to the bathroom. I would also like a tub option. A Japanese soaker would go nicely in that shower for a mini-wet room. Beautiful home overall, with the high quality finishes I have come to expect from RRC. Thanks, Mr. Tiny. 👍🏾
I like the floor plan. Love the kitchen in the center, love the desk, I think the bedroom with a seating area at the edge of the bed is nice, love the bathroom with double sinks, and a laundry area at the rear of the house is great. Good job on this one!
This is a great fresh floor plan at a good price Mike. Love the bath at the back with the laundry and closet out of the way. Well done as always. Thank you.
I used to own an Eagle’s Landing located in Hidden Forest prior to selling it to move to FL. I continue to watch your videos and this home has been the first I’ve seen since 2022 that I have fallen in love with!!! Absolutely LOVE this floor plan!!! Keep up the innovation.
I loved it. The model I purchased had great storage with 13 cabinets in the hall, space for a side by side washer/dryer, two entrances (one in the kitchen and one in the living room), a 10 foot screened in porch, dishwasher, moveable kitchen island-all the bells and whistles. It was just what I wanted. I did some remodeling after the fact adding shiplap, granite countertops and changing out the cabinet hardware. I only sold it and moved because I wanted to go to FL to be near my 85 year old mother. The quality was superb.
I like the living room/kitchen area. I also like the bathroom setup, but I was never a fan of having my guests go through my bedroom to get to the bathroom. 😊
Love this untique fayout w the bathroom and washer and dryer toward the end of the home...Likes the double vanity, desk, window seat, built-ins, kitchen layout! Great no loft tiny home!
Great home. I would add a back door on the back of the house, past the laundry. That way I could access either a private screened in back porch or a little art studio. I would also extend the height of those 2 chest of drawers on either side of the bench in the bedroom to near ceiling height. The bathroom 👍👍👍 I really like this unusual layout!
I absolutely really love the layout of this place. My favorite parts are the bench in the bedroom and the built-in as well as the night lights in the bedroom.
Yes, the window seat is awesome❣ The closet isn't big enough for me, but you're right that the built-ins absolutely help with that. Moreover, a pedestal storage bed would also help compensate for the small closet. Add a 🛀🏽, and it's pretty perfect! 👌
I love the counter top, great Island idea, I love the extra space I wouldn’t buy another big table and chairs For the amount of time I sit at a table now, I wouldn’t bother with having one anymore I’d go for a big comfortable recliner sofa Comfort is what it’s all about and as a lady , I love decorating my own style. I see so much more potential in this house Thank you See don’t need a huge expensive house.! Mobile is what important now
Mr Tiny you and your team just keep on giving us surprises!! My favorite about this tiny home is the kitchen and bathroom area! Y'all knocked it out of the park!!!❤ big hugs from your Oklahoma neighbor!~Christy
Love the floor plan and do like the bench in the bedroom, but if it were between that and a closet .....ya gotta have a bedroom closet. The one in the bathroom isn't large enough.
Great home. I love the shelves in the kitchen and the desk. The bench in the bedroom is fantastic. Only thing I would change is putting the bathroom before the bedroom instead of behind it. I don't care for people walking through my bedroom to get to the bathroom.
Mike The Sunset Retreat by far is the most beautiful, unique floor plan you've come up with. I love the entire layout. My only change is the barn door; I'm not a fan of them and would ask if a pocket door could replace it. Everything is a 10/10 with this beauty.
Oh man…my favourite !! It feels like a normal home, love the layout, the big windows, so much natural light and no loft or stairs. Love the porch….I spend a lot of time outside, feet up on the railing, coffee, birds singing……love it. Will be following up on this. 🇨🇦
LOVE this floor plan!!! Personally, I would want a 5 foot porch and put the extra 5 feet into more living space in the living room-that's the only thing I would change.. I am guessing I could special order something like that? Truly a beautiful lovely home!!! Want it!!! - Getting ready to sell my home, retire and down size-out into the forest...This home would be perfect!!
Another beautiful home, but the bathroom needs to come before the bedroom. I lived in a apartment like that, and it was odd having people go through my bedroom. Thank you so much for sharing with us!!!
Beautiful - all the way around - everything is wonderful!! Would live to see this at 14ft wide, and the large windows on either side of the front door changed to head height transom windows The tankless system is a super idea! All of the exterior and interior colors are magnificient - if you all decide to build a 14ft wide please keep the same colors!
❤❤❤Love this floor plan! It’s super functional and stylish. My houseplants would live their best life in all of those windows! ❤❤❤ Great job well done, Mr. Tiny.
It been awhile looking at tiny homes at RRC. Happy New Year!🤗 Good color scheme. ✔️ Like the design concept. 👍👍 ( U shape kitchen, the bedroom, bathroom, and washer and dryer tucked away) No shiplap. 👎👎 Remove the desk. Add a hutch (need more cabinets in the kitchen 🙂), a wine 🍷 fridge🤗, Marble countertops, French doors leading to the front porch with a fire place mounted for an 80” TV(s'il te plaît ), and paint the outside to match the inside. THAT’ S ALL😇 Good job MMT.👍👍 🙏🏼🌏✌🏼🕊☮️
This is my favorite tiny home so far. I love that each room feels like a separate room. The kitchen doesn't feel like it is halfway into the living area. I also love the bedroom. It doesn't feel cookie-cutter. And the fact that the washer/dryer is near the bedroom and closet makes so much more sense. However, I would have combined the closet and laundry room so there is no wasted space. The wall between the two doesn't seem like it needs to be there.
I usually don't like guest to have to go through my bedroom, but I might make an exception for that bathroom, with double sinks and out of sight laundry, plus that bench seat, and the office, all in the dark cabinets, good contrast. My only dislike is the shiplap, I would rather have a built in ceiling to floor entertainment center. I like this vacation retreat, it's different, and I'd call it, " Sage and Sunset ". That has a nice little ring to it.
I like this but would want to bathroom to be before my bedroom so that guests do not have to walk in my room. I like this model with small changes. I like ceilings. Not in love with the many built-ins because it leaves you without space for your own furniture. This is wonderful for its move-in readiness. Bring a sofa and bed, and you are set.
Interesting! Very different! Nice to see something inventive. Personally I'd want the laundry space and closet off the kitchen, door on the rear side of the closet, then the bathroom, then the bedroom at the end. Basically pick up the bathroom with the laundry area and closet, rotate it twice, put it next to the kitchen. So you walk between laundry and closet side, into the bathroom, then into the bedroom.
This is a great unit that reminds me of the Saltbox unit from another manufacturer. It has a lovely visual inside and out . I would make that desk a Murphy desk. Flipping the area where the bathroom and the bedroom are would be great. By putting the bathroom forward slash laundry area in front of the bedroom the sanctity of the bedroom would be maintained. Also you would be able to put a really nice shower tub combo on the right and the sink and the toilet on the left along with the washer dryer stack. Make it a pocket door into the bedroom and you really have a nice set up. This is an adorable home that personifies the tiny home ideal.
I like this floorplan though I would change a few things to suit my taste such as... omit the desk and make it a closet for cats, pantry, and extra storage. And more cabinets in kitchen omitting the open shelves.
I do love this one but with a couple of tweaks. Don't need a desk but maybe either space for wine fridge & additional counter space. Also don't need that sitting space in bedroom but would like that space for maybe a dresser, bookcase or chair. I also prefer a small table and a couple of chairs instead of bar seating. But other than that I love it! Lol!
This is one of the better ones- like the bathroom- do not need a double sink though but do like the countertop space- I would bet if somebody needed care this would be pretty good- somebody could help somebody off the toilet pretty easy. do a hand held shower head, Love the bench in the bedroom. love the idea of tv over the window. The desk area is nice- might trade it out for a pantry with sliding closet doors. Would need to set up the front porch railings in a way to make it easy to screen in. Then possibly if you could frame up that window by the laundry to be a door- so you could build a back deck to hang cloths. Mixed feelings about the open shelving. Plus then move the on demand water heater to under a sink if possible. Then a couple more outlets on the porch- and hopefully the bathroom has a exhaust fan light. Love no carpet- no loft.
I love love this home especially the bathroom.....just wish the bathroom was in the center of the home and the bedroom was in the rear....don't like people walking through my bedroom to get to the bathroom.....but love the floor plan
I really like this Floorplan with a few modifications, ie: Want light wood,Oak, no transum Windows. It's going to be In The So. CAL desert. Natural wood.
Yhis is my favorite RRC home. The only changes I would want are, no stainless steel appliances. Instead I would want black with a white apron sink. Where the cabinets & trim are brown I would prefer to have black. I absolutely love this home & could see myself living in it.
This is a beautiful tiny home. I would rather have the bathroom before the bedroom and I was wondering about the ventilation in your tiny homes cause a tight home can set up mold if too much moisture is present. I'm trying to stay away from mold.
I would get rid of the desk kitchen needs a pantry. Also only need 1 sink make a bigger closet or storage spot one side .and a nice soaker tub would be perfect for myself.
I love most everything about this model, except....why are living rooms always so small and cramped? Why not a little smaller bedroom and a little smaller bathroom so a few feet can be added to space where most people spend their time? Maybe change the sitting/dresser area in the bedroom to accommodate the closet, rearrange the layout of the bathroom, and add that space to the living area.
I like this color scheme. I don't understand what an illusion window is? Is it a frosted window? Can it open to the outside? I would want it to open. The bathroom is very nice, so long as you don't hav e guests.
Really like this one, looks sophisticated. Rather than the seating area in the bedroom I would prefer it all to be drawer space with a with a whole counter above it. Or maybe on one side a taller closet that can be used as a pantry and on window side a nice spot to put a plant in front of the window or a small tv. Love the desk , I would need it since I work from home.. I may have to drive up from San Antonio and see this one.. ph and 1 or 2 small can lights Obote the desk😅
Great layout. I love the desk, shower, and laundry space. The only thing I would change is that I would want a rod installed all the way across that seating area in the bedroom. The bathroom closet is just too small for me, but it would work well as a coat/storage closet. I could hang my shirts, pants, and suits on the rod in the bedroom, and I could still use that seating space just by parting the clothes wherever I want to sit down.
Love this but there is something for everyone with at Rec Resort....but there really is no living room...just a small couch. We live in the "Living" room...so this is not my choice but it is stunning.
Not my fav. Don’t like how everyone has to go through the bedroom room to use the bathroom. Also what size bed does that bedroom take? It looks quite small.
lose the desk and give me pantry and storage. IN the bedroom, I dont want the bench, just give me drawers all the way across. Lose the pony wall in the bathroom makes wheelchair access rough. Love the real closet and the laundry tucked in the back. generally not a big fan of going through my bedroom to the bathroom for guests, but this layout is so sweet, and I do make my bed every day lololol. I love the U shape in the kitchen, and its a big enough space that I can lay out and cut fabric on it.
Feel that the front living room is too cramped, possibly because the eating area protrudes into it, especially when in use it could possibly block part of the tv picture for the person sitting on the side of the \ couch closest to the kitchen ...
Mr. Tiny I love this home. However the path thru the bedroom to the bathroom takes away privacy of the bedroom. Also instead of shelves over the sink, can you have cabinets. But this is a great tiny home.

Agreed, I think that would be better - that way if you have someone over they don't have to invade your bedroom.
Agree! I would prefer people don't go through my bedroom.
Mr. Tiny, wow! "Unique" is absolutely the bomb, I love everything about this model. You checked all those boxes.
Everyone doesn't want a tub, if you do add it...
WOW! For one person this is spectacular! It literally is a wonderful home!
Finally, a new floor plan that is different from most of them. This is really nice, but I'd want the entire wall in the bedroom to be built-in cabinets instead of the bench...just do away with the bedroom window. This is a really nice tiny home. Has everything you need. Love it!
By far my favorite!
I love the bedroom. I like the porch, hidden laundry, and raised ceiling in the kitchen. Not sure I would want everyone tromping through my bedroom to get to the bathroom. I really like this one!! No loft and spacious!!
This is THE most perfect home I've ever seen! I'm in love ❤
Wonderful layout and compartmentalization!
This is a great fresh floor plan at a good price Mike. Love the bath at the back with the laundry and closet out of the way. Well done as always. Thank you.
I like the bathroom location. I like that is farther away and more privacy from the living space.
Love the Sunset Retreat.
I totally love ❤❤ this new floor plan, just adore it.
How was your experience living in a Tiny home?
I loved it. Me neither
This is the best tiny home layout I have seen in a very long time! This one is definitely a winner! Love it!
Looks great Mr. tiny ! keep up the good work.
What an amazing build and layout. Used every space and corner with the extras. Very impressed!! Great job. So like it!!😊
I loved every part of this tiny home 🏡 Sunset Oasis
I didn't see one thing that I didn't like. One of the best I've seen in a while
Love this layout!
Mr. Tiny, wowza! Bringing tiny homes to a whole new level. 👏
This is one of my favorite!!!
This one is one of my favorites!

Definitely a unique floorplan. My favorite is the kitchen set up.
I just have to win a large jackpot in the lottery and I would purchase this home in a heartbeat.💓👍🏻 It’s perfect for me.
I love the counter top, great Island idea, I love the extra space
I wouldn’t buy another big table and chairs
For the amount of time I sit at a table now, I wouldn’t bother with having one anymore
I’d go for a big comfortable recliner sofa
Comfort is what it’s all about and as a lady , I love decorating my own style. I see so much more potential in this house
Thank you
See don’t need a huge expensive house.! Mobile is what important now
This just might be my favorite! If I could change 1 thing it would be to make it 15 feet wide but the width it is now is not a deal breaker.
This is one of the best you've showcased!!!
Very nice!! Like it alot!!!
Maybe my favorite home of them all--and I've seen most of the vids.
I agree 100%. Absolutely love this floor plan, but the closet is far too small.
I love the bathroom closet laundry room layout!

Wow, this is a great floor plan!
SLAM DUNK! ⛹🏾🏀 ON THE LAUNDRY 🧺 ROOM!
I watch a couple of your videos, love the floor plans, but your presentation is gold! Very good
Another item on the long wish list to own
That is amazing!! Love it!!
Absolutely love this one

Niiice!!! 👍

Best layout yet!!!! I need this with a small 2nd bedroom. HA!
It been awhile looking at tiny homes at RRC. Happy New Year!🤗
Good color scheme. ✔️
Like the design concept. 👍👍 ( U shape kitchen, the bedroom, bathroom, and washer and dryer tucked away)
No shiplap. 👎👎
Remove the desk.
Add a hutch (need more cabinets in the kitchen 🙂),
a wine 🍷 fridge🤗,
Marble countertops,
French doors leading to the front porch with a fire place mounted for an 80” TV(s'il te plaît ), and paint the outside to match the inside.
THAT’ S ALL😇
Good job MMT.👍👍
🙏🏼🌏✌🏼🕊☮️
Really like the bathroom and laundry room in back. Would add a porch in back. Also, how about a walk in tub? Thank you. Love your videos!
Beautiful home so inviting only thing I would change is put a pantry where the desk is at
This is my favorite tiny home so far. I love that each room feels like a separate room. The kitchen doesn't feel like it is halfway into the living area. I also love the bedroom. Beautiful home
I love it
I am loving this floor plan!!! I don't like the idea of people walking through my bedroom, but I'll put up with that because it's so spacious!!! ❤❤❤
By far the best layout you've done so far. Could you do the same one with a loft?
This is perfect for me!!
Love it!!! But I don't need the desk. I'd continue lower & upper kitchen cabinets in that nook & have a coffee bar on that counter.
I like that the washroom is private
I like it

Hi. Love the Sunset retreat. I need to ask, have you done shipping this house out vía overseas like to Puerto Rico ?
Great layout. I love the desk, shower, and laundry space. The only thing I would change is that I would want a rod installed all the way across that seating area in the bedroom. The bathroom closet is just too small for me, but it would work well as a coat/storage closet. Wondering if He has homes in the Atl GA area?!!
Please show hot water heater and inside breaker box
Mr Tiny I love that home.
Hey just curious how much would it cost to ship that home by rail to upper michigan?
I'm a bathtub kind of woman. Would like to see one in a tiny home.
Can you add a special walk-in bathtub ?
Very nice. I could make it work. Ackward placement of the dishwasher. Kitchen is so narrow.
lose the desk and give me pantry and storage.
