environment really is everything! definite selling point. I've been a house sitter/dog sitter/etc and amazing how 'vibes' play a role in one's productivity and ability to maintain positive perspectives, and so forth and so on. Met someone, too, who talked about noise pollution and how some forms of city planning, rail lines, neighborhoods, what have you 'mess people up' big time. Beautiful homes, beautiful people and beautiful lives! 💗👑

My jaw was dropped for half the showing! I love the cabinets and drawers beside/in the kitchen!! Maybe it's the color, but they look like a modern take on an old French country house pantry (c'est magnifique!).

My goodness, I just this tiny home with the rooftop terrace. It's affordable and luxurious and I just love all of it with the exception of the mint green paint.

Absolutely perfect! Tons of storage, plenty of proper living space, and the clever use of size and layout makes this really practical and comfortable! Definitely one of the best tiny homes by a mile, and an excellent price too for the quality and fittings you're getting for your money! I love this one! Still couldn't live full time in something quite this small but I would love to own this as a holiday home, it's a beauty! I don't know why it's a one off design, I'd have expected people to request this layout over and over because it's so roomy and practical!

Great style! 399 sq ft of AWESOME! You could easily be hosting an HGTV show. Although, I'm not in love with the green cupboards, you could probably twist my arm into buying them😁
This is the best tiny I have seen with great use of space designed to give all great rooms encluding the bathroom. Beautiful. Just love the kitchen cabinets and pantry. Most of these don't have much of a kitchen with little to no storage. The green color is beautiful but I think I would rather see it in the bedroom with another color in the kitchen. Thanks for showing this winner

Chello !!!, This is a highly efficient and luxurious tiny home and the feature of having both a deck & rooftop deck is totally out of this world, without question this is magnificent.

Just think how great this house would be without the porch and with a larger living room and a larger kitchen. The only other thing I can think that would make this just perfect would be at least one loft. It is beautiful!

Very nice…kinda tight, but with those nice porches you’ll be spending alot of your time outside either sunbathing on upper deck or sitting having your coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Also great pice! Beautiful

But if I can not walk out on it I do not need that long of a deck. Find some way to add another bedroom at the top with the middle top windows extending as it looks like it does here if I am seeing it correctly on the picture from the enclosed patio it looks like those are windows running down the roof or what are they?? The patio does not extend out it is clearly enclosed. When you buy a roof top patio with a view as its being sold as that and as a roof top patio Generally on the roof top patio, as a roof top patio should be but then it would have to be weight bearing and it clearly is not weight bearing because if you can not walk out on it why would you build it weight bearing and bare the cost of something that would have a ground set AC Unit anyway if they still made them with them on the roof like that but they don't so no reason for roof baring. Therefore it's not a weigtbearing roof top patio all the way. When you have a home with land you may get views at 2 ends but you can sometimes get 4 views if you are fortunate enough you can get four views but then you have to turn the home in a odd angle. In Which when it's on your own land you can do that but with the mobil/tiny house as is by my description you can not do it on your own land and have it work as a complete roof house patio because you need to see "OUT". You can only see out 2 sides. Now as most would be in a Mobil home park this would work as the 2 bedroom though with a roof patio but only in front and that depends on where you get a spot in the mobil park. Most mobile home parks are well established. . Now land on eirher side of Apache Junction, AZ and it a tremendous amount of retirement homes now some land in AJ up in the Mtns you can put in ground set/replace units still You can put a mobil/tiny house but there's no open land where they allow mobiles/small houses ground set or not. Now up in the Mtns of AJ you CAN replace a mobil with a mobil/ground set It is just sad all the way around. But nobody builds stylish or what the people want like Mr.. Tiny does he's way ahead in what people say, what they want and what they say they like and he can be proud of that. You'd think I would not be talking that highly of His homes but I was only stating/Ranting (if you think, fihe but keepnut to yourself) AZ is a state 9d retirement and great things toi do. Now it may be "Exerythings bigger in Texas" and it obviously is" But I do Not Live in TX But I love Mr. Tiny's homes and many people like and buy his homes. He needs a dealership here!. And no I do not work for the man. LOL
I say all this for AZ I do not know Texas. I assume mobil/Tiny Home parks are like AZ unless they are Resort Parks but that land has stipulations and rules but their running out of land for those too in AZ. But Mr. Tinys will be building my home. Very soon I hope ☺
