I am impressed with the floor plan, the windows, and the STORAGE. Great workable kitchen, plus at the end of the home. More economical finishes, doors, shower, etc., still look great! Keep showing homes that are less than $100k 🌠
I am impressed with this model. The kitchen is incredible with all of the counter space, the windows and ample storage. In fact, the storage throughout this model is fantastic! It would make downsizing so much easier knowing how much space is devoted to storage. I can easily see living in this home. The living room area also provides good options for furniture size and placement. Great job, Mr. Tiny!
I think this is one of my favourite 399 sq foot floor plans. The storage is amazing! And the windows in the kitchen might almost make doing dishes fun...almost!
I like the kitchen on the end, that better defines the lovingroom space. The bifold doors in the bedroom looks neater than the barn doors. I like the deck off the bedroom door for added living space. This is an easy flowing floor plan. I really like this model.
Definitely one of my favorites. But with all of the extra cupboards around the fridge and in the hallway I would put a dishwasher in...this is a must and a dealbreaker for me!!!
I _LOVE_ the placement of this kitchen. For us home chefs, it's key to have the kitchen tucked away from fabrics, etc. that are in the rest of the living space; the windows are supreme! The grey mosaic tile backsplash that you all offer would look beautiful instead. I've always loved the idea of having outdoor space _directly_ accessible via the bedroom, with ample security, of course.🤓😇 That's a good amount of built-in storage offered in such a space, and the grey color scheme certainly lightens the area (weightiness) and brightens the space (light). Well done. It truly seems like you all pay attention to, consider and actually _incorporate_ feedback, needs & details, and that you all _care beyond_ the sale. I wish for the buyers comfort, security & joy in these homes they inhabit, and continued success for you all (construction & sales)❣
This is the floor plan I would choose! I love a full-size kitchen, needs a dishwasher. The back porch needs to be fully screened in. An alcove bed built-in in the bedroom would take less space or as one poster said a Murphy bed would be ideal. Lovely model! I love the side entrance so much.
THIS IS MY CUP OF TEA!!! All about the end kitchen, light colors, better fit, FABULOUS WINDOW! Cabinets Galore! PORCH!!! Excellent use of space!! Do you have the features in a 15 wide ? GREAT JOB MIKE!
I love this model. It looks so spacious even though it only has one bedroom. I think the kitchen & living room space make it look bigger and add possibilities and the numerous cabinets also help with that feeling. Love it. 🥰
That kitchen is gorgeous. I'm so happy to see that big glass picture window and sliding glass door combo in the bedroom. It just really transforms the bedroom, which is rather small and would otherwise feel claustrophobic.
I really think this is the best kitchen of all 399sf homes! I might give up the pantry in order to have a side by side washer & dryer. Just move the water heater to the 6 door pantry bottom, or somewhere else.
You make the most strange space of any tiny I have ever seen. I would love a bigger living room and smaller kitchen. But I love this model, no stairs to climb and no crawling on your knees to go to bed. Awesome model, bravo my friend.
After watching so many park model videos, I have come to like the lower ceiling height like this one. It is tall enough, less overhead space to heat and cool and imagine having to paint or change a light bulb when you have those really tall ceilings like the other models. This model could very easy have a side x side washer and dryer by doing away with the extra cabinets to the right of the stackable space, even if you had to make the pantry closet 4 inches smaller. Put the water heater at the bottom of the pantry. Just hang a row of cabinets over the side x side washer/dryer and you'd still have the same amount of storage. The 3 things I love the most in a tiny home are: Storage, side x side washer/dryer, and a 46-48" tile shower.
Love all the storage and the kitchen, despite the small sink and no dishwasher. But I would love the porch not be off the bedroom. Maybe since it has a side door, it can have a front porch. Then it would be perfect! For me❤😂
I loved the rear porch and that sliding glass door. I like that you kept this one simple. I really want one of these homes but I live in Florida and it costs too much to move it from Texas to Fla.
im not in the market for a tiny home but this man is such a good sales person, he has people here watching just for him lol...i love the houses. they are all beautiful but a little too small for me..still watch every video.
Excellent floor plan, beautiful colours throughout and I like the economical and space saving doors in the bedroom plus a massive porch , if ever these houses were available in Europe, especially this one and the one with the walk in dressing room are my favourites. 🙏🏼maybe one day...
I love the style design of The Akbash as well as the exterior and interior colors. The bay windows in the kitchen is stunning. I also love that there's central heating and air conditioning because sometimes the mini split looks a bit bulky and to see the extra space on the walls makes a huge difference.
I always watch your videos Mike because you are so damn good at your craft. Yes, I like the houses, but I watch because of how entertaining you make it. As a salesman, I recognize greatness and wish to tap into some of your sales mo-jo. "One Take Mike", that's you. Much respect Big Daddy.
It's simply beautiful and the price is right! I'd buy one of your homes in a heart beat only problem is finding land that will accept these homes here in Pensacola.
Whenever I hear, "no loft" I hear, "no storage." But this model has a good amount of it. Great little retirement home or young person's first home, agree. Esp if buyers can find affordable land with access to utilities. This is the challenge for many buyers when considering these small homes - finding a non-rental lot that you own outright.
I love love love this ones kitchen and living room layout. The only thing is, I would need this with either a second bedroom or a loft for my needs. Otherwise, it's prefect.
Nice home Mr. Tiny. Where is the central furnace and ac unit? I like the storage but I would make the pantry next to the living room into a traditional closet, only one shelf up high. Need a place for coats and shoes along with a broom or an upright vacuum. Could a 24 inch dishwasher fit in one of the two angled base cabinets? The cost to add one would be minimal. Thanks for your Tiny Tuesday videos. I watch them every week.
I like the layout, with the exception of the entry doorway. I think the door should go on the opposite wall where they have the sofa. That way the current entry wall could be solid. It would make it easier for them to have a television at a better viewing angle. I just think the arrangement of that particular area is a little odd.
This is the best Tiny Homes layout. The kitchen is fabulous. The living area is sufficiently large to have a eating area. As I watch these videos, I wonder how someone changes the bulbs in the lights placed in the vaulted ceiling. Nice job!
The kitchen is my fave. I could do without the extra storage located next to the bathroom and make the bathroom a bit bigger. Maybe take a foot and half away from the back patio and make the back bedroom bigger. Then I'd be happy with this model.
I have just looked at 4 video tours this evening and I like this the best. Having a front kitchen is nice but I suggest that they make the two windows over the sink ONE BIG window so that the cook can look out at the scenery not at a post in the middle. Also behind the entry door would be a great space for a table/desk if someone wanted to be able to work from home yet have a space where they could also sit and eat. This is definitely a single-person home because of the bed size capability. Parked on a lake it would be perfect for some very nice outdoor living. Am I to assume that appliances are part of the pkg excluding the washer and dryer and the furnishings are not?
I'm soooo loving this Floorplan and with all those extra storage space that's a plus. I love the rear porch it will make the bedroom feel more comfortable and spacious ❤. Natural light is a big PLUS PLUS for me
I love it. Nice design. Only thing I would change is I would get rid of 6 grey cabinets before bathroom . Only because the bathroom is just alittle small. So I feel like if you made the back porch 6ft. And got rid of those cabinets you could open that bathroom alittle. 😊 And I like bi fold closet doors on the closets ❤ I love your videos God Bless you guys for making Beautiful affordable housing available for us all ... Great quality housing too !!!
You can't use the porch space to increase the interior as it's not included in the 399 square feet calculation. So you would have to lose space off the living area to make the bathroom wider.
I’d change the slider door to match the front door with the blinds inside so that there isn’t aren’t vertical blinds. Oh, and change the shower head in the opposite direction. I wouldn’t want my back facing the door.
I like the barn doors vs the bifold doors.
I FINALLY found the house for me. You hit this one out of the park Mr. Tiny. Great job!!
Absolutely 100 percent correct. 🎉😊 I'm laser-focused on purchasing this home. Perfection.
I am impressed with the floor plan, the windows, and the STORAGE. Great workable kitchen, plus at the end of the home. More economical finishes, doors, shower, etc., still look great! Keep showing homes that are less than $100k 🌠
I really like this model. I would ad a dishwasher. Also would convert the hall pantry to coat closet.
I love all the space here. That patio and sliding doors is a huge upgrade. ❤
I really like this kitchen floor of the Akbash🧡😊😊👍👍
I like the bifold closet doors vs. barn
Tiny!
Am just a bit worried where to eat?
Have to walk through you bedroom to get to porch.?
Love the end kitchen!
Likes all the extra cabinets and the wooden floor in the house...like the rear porch! Great price!
I think this is one of my favourite 399 sq foot floor plans. The storage is amazing! And the windows in the kitchen might almost make doing dishes fun...almost!
It’s so hard for me to choose I keep a folder of all the tiny homes you speak about!!!! I plan to fly to Texas to see them. I’m in Florida 😊
They should make the banjo style countertop with a fold up option in order to service the toilet when needed.
Love it! But I would use that extra 8 ft from the rear porch to extend the bedroom space.
I LOVE the kitchen and all the storage! I just wish I could stick that deck on the side entry. Very nice, Mr. Tiny!
The deck is an optional extra on this model anyway, so you could leave it off and add one on the side after delivery.
Very nice to see a smaller, less expensive option. I have never seen that style!❤
This is it! I smiled as soon as you walked through the door! ❤ The floor plan is beautiful.
I like the kitchen on the end, that better defines the lovingroom space. The bifold doors in the bedroom looks neater than the barn doors. I like the deck off the bedroom door for added living space. This is an easy flowing floor plan. I really like this model.
I agree about the bifold doors. Not a fan of barn doors.
Finally one with an end kitchen.. not many of those that I’ve seen..
Definitely one of my favorites. But with all of the extra cupboards around the fridge and in the hallway I would put a dishwasher in...this is a must and a dealbreaker for me!!!
Love the rear porch! This is a must have
I love the Akbash! I could totally make this floor plan work, even as a crafter and as a bookworm!
I LOVE the kitchen in this design-it looks bigger then other kitchens in tiny homes!
I love how this man coordinates with the homes 🏠 ❤love love the tiny edition! I just want 399 sq feet downsize y3s!!
LOVE the kitchen and the end porch!!! I would definitely choose the Mini Splits over the traditional HVAC unit. GREAT model and a GREAT price!!
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS ONE!!! 🥰😍🥰
So glad you are back yay yay 💯💯❗️👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🫵🏽
Love the options you have in the living space! Love the forced air! I also like the side entrance!
I _LOVE_ the placement of this kitchen. For us home chefs, it's key to have the kitchen tucked away from fabrics, etc. that are in the rest of the living space; the windows are supreme! I love the side entrance.
My favorites were the kitchen and porch off the bedroom.
Love the rear porch and kitchen! Nice layout. ❤
Saying something has “a huge rear end” is usually a bad thing, except in this case. Thanks Mr. Tiny.
All the storage!! Also the kitchen!! Love, love, love it!!
Love this model!! Keep killing it Mr. Tiny!!❤
Love the kitchen
THIS IS MY CUP OF TEA!!! All about the end kitchen, light colors, better fit, FABULOUS WINDOW! Cabinets Galore! PORCH!!!
Excellent use of space!! Do you have the features in a 15 wide ?
GREAT JOB MIKE!
I love this model. It looks so spacious even though it only has one bedroom. I think the kitchen & living room space make it look bigger and add possibilities and the numerous cabinets also help with that feeling. Love it. 🥰
Love the layout and storage!! The kitchen is my favorite U shape! The cabinet next to stackable washer/dryer is a real bonus!
I think only difference a screened in porch. I know the south has mosquitoes so bad. Beautiful kitchen and so much storage !!! ❤
This might be my favorite one yet!
I like the kitchen and the out door space
That is a nice suit, Mr. Tiny! I like the house, too. My favorite part is the back porch.
I love the kitchen on the end. This is one of my favorites! ❤
That kitchen is gorgeous.
I'm so happy to see that big glass picture window and sliding glass door combo in the bedroom. It just really transforms the bedroom, which is rather small and would otherwise feel claustrophobic.

Love the floor
Great floor plan, good amount of storage.
Really enjoy your videos 🙂
Perfect 💯% 🥰💝
L❤️ve this tiny home.
😊👍🇺🇲🎉

Wow! I see you got your groove back with this model 😂I hadn’t seen anything that I liked in a while but this one caught my eye.
very nice as always...even though this is a tiny house you would not have to be a minamilist to live there thanks to all the wonderful storage.
I'd put the TV on that wall next to the door just like most clients, that looks like the best use of space. very interesting layout.
I loved the rear porch and that sliding glass door. I like that you kept this one simple. I really want one of these homes but I live in Florida and it costs too much to move it from Texas to Fla.
Love, love the kitchen placement ❤❤
im not in the market for a tiny home but this man is such a good sales person, he has people here watching just for him lol...i love the houses. they are all beautiful but a little too small for me..still watch every video.
Love it all. The kitchen is amazing.
I love the color and how open and airy this is! Perfect for a guest cottage too! Love your suit color too Mr Tiny.
Excellent floor plan, beautiful colours throughout and I like the economical and space saving doors in the bedroom plus a massive porch , if ever these houses were available in Europe, especially this one and the one with the walk in dressing room are my favourites. 🙏🏼maybe one day...

He certainly is excellent at what he does! I never miss his videos!
Love the kitchen..very nice. This one is great..porch is wonderful ❤
Love the kitchen in this house
Love the kitchen and porch.
Beautiful home 🏡. Love this plan. Love Joanne Resh😊
This is my favorite model! Love the kitchen! I'd opt to replace one of the lower cabinets with a dishwasher. Still plenty of storage for my needs.
I've seen hundreds of Park Model RV's, but this one is my absolute favorite floorplan! ❤️🏡
I love the end kitchens
It's simply beautiful and the price is right! I'd buy one of your homes in a heart beat only problem is finding land that will accept these homes here in Pensacola.

I absolutely love the end kitchen thanks so much truly enjoy your videos.
You should get rid of the dresser and make the entire bedroom wall a closet so that's its more practical and long-term liveable.
Love it. The back porch is great. I also like the location of the kitchen. Living room is a good space. God bless. Just me Bea
Nice home Mr. Tiny. Where is the central furnace and ac unit? I like the storage but I would make the pantry next to the living room into a traditional closet, only one shelf up high. I love that kitchen. Ive wanted a tiny home for years. Im definitely going that route. Im ready for smaller space. Thanks Mr Tiny! 😊
Great layout! Wonderful price!

It would make it easier for them to have a television at a better viewing angle. I just think the arrangement of that particular area is a little odd.
1 of the best but I'd prefer an extra 2 feet or so in the bedroom & smaller porch. Just my preference
This is just lovely!
Very nice designed tiny home!
This is the best Tiny Homes layout. The kitchen is fabulous. The living area is sufficiently large to have a eating area. As I watch these videos, I wonder how someone changes the bulbs in the lights placed in the vaulted ceiling. Nice job!
Love the kitchen layout and the design, the back splash is pretty 🤩
First me I would incorporate that back outdoor space to be used as indoor space.
I love this floor plan!
The kitchen is my fave. I could do without the extra storage located next to the bathroom and make the bathroom a bit bigger. Maybe take a foot and half away from the back patio and make the back bedroom bigger. Then I'd be happy with this model.

Love Love Love this model. So much storage. Beautiful floor plan. Gorgeous colors 👍👍👍
Love this one.❤❤❤
A pull-out pantry beside the refrigerator and aside by side laundry taking out the right hand pantry cupboards
Please add a gate on the back porch
You could use solar panels and be off grid as well. It looks really nice.
I'm soooo loving this Floorplan and with all those extra storage space that's a plus. I love the rear porch it will make the bedroom feel more comfortable and spacious ❤. Natural light is a big PLUS PLUS for me
One of the favorite things about the Abash is that incredible bay kitchen. Love the two partial walls there too.
I love it. Nice design.
Only thing I would change is I would get rid of 6 grey cabinets before bathroom . Only because the bathroom is just alittle small. So I feel like if you made the back porch 6ft. And got rid of those cabinets you could open that bathroom alittle. 😊 And I like

@@spiritedsamph oh 👌
it's awsome
I just think that bathroom is
just so small
I’d put a Murphy Bed in the bedroom to make it a more usable space.
I’d change the slider door to match the front door with the blinds inside so that there isn’t aren’t vertical blinds. Oh, and change the shower head in the opposite direction. I wouldn’t want my back facing the door.
Need a dishwasher also tile shower. Not crazy about the porch access through the bedroom.
