You had me at side entrance. I know it is easier for the manufacturer to ad a front or a back porch, but there are so many advantages to the side entrance.
I really like this new floor plan. But you really need to take advantage of all that space under the stairs and do some built in storage. You could even take out that small wall and have room for a side by side washer and dryer. 🤙🏻
Love this floorplan. Lots of room and even the kitchen is laid out nice. My biggest like is that the bathroom isn't right off the kitchen. The cabinets in the bedroom are great, too.
holy cow I love it. The side entry sure gives you so much more space for furniture in the living room. Great bar for eating. Bedroom is a bit small but has everything you need. Well done. You guys keep taking the 'simple' and adding things to make them amazing.
Too many windows in the living room. The bedroom is too tiny for more than one person. I would rather have the counter and bar flush instead of stepped. I really like the loft and the open stairs with space under them. Great home Mr. Tiny!
I have seen this model on the website, and I thought it had a grand entrance, with a nice open and airy feel. It seems perfect for a lake hideaway. My favorite parts are, the different ceiling heights ( adds depth ), the stairs and the half enclosed loft ( everybody needs a little privacy ), but I think I'd prefer the rectangle transoms. The cabinets in the bathroom and next to the w/d are a nice touch too, might even be able to add some extra storage, or a pet niche under the stairs. I like what you've done. Some outdoor plant arrangements and seating would absolutely frame this little cottage nicely.
Very nice. Absolutely love the windows and fireplace in the living room. The U shaped kitchen is great as well. The ceiling is beautiful. One of my favorites
I also like that ppl could be seated at the bar area and not be in the way if someone was on the couch watching tv. Multiple ppl could use both areas at the same time and not feel so cramped. I also like the fact it has a small cabinet area for laundry soap, rags, paper towels or whatever type of extra household items we inevitably always have.
I love this model. I don’t think I would have the loft. It would open up the space so much more. I would add a pantry in the kitchen and more cabinetry in place of the steps! Thanks for another great model!
Great floor plan. I would put built in dressers in the bedroom and make it a 18 foot wide and no dishwasher for me. And a pitched roof in the loft. And no rugs in the loft. Kids are messy. I would love to see this in a 2 bedroom as well. But overall great job
This is beautiful. I know that can’t be delivered anywhere else apart from the usa but I know that it would be perfect on a piece of land in Jamaica 🇯🇲 ❤
Of all your tiny house videos (and I think I've watched every.single.one.), this is my favorite living room and kitchen layout. I ADORE them! They are so wonderful that I actually begin to think I really could live this way. That said, I've never left a comment, but since you ask to know what we love and what we'd like to change, I have to say that I absolutely hate the bedroom layout. It's awkward and has no truly workable closet space. That strange little cabinet area and microscopic "closet" are just ... weird. Likewise, the loft, which is a good depth, doesn't look like you could use it for an office. I'm not even sure you could sit up in bed (on a mattress) without hitting your head on the ceiling. The space behind the stairs is completely wasted: you could do a built in, although oddly shaped, pantry here. The bathroom works; the storage is nice, but I'd like to see all the space other than the living room and kitchen get "re-imagined" into something that works as well as the front part of the house. What I'd love to see: a pantry (even a narrow one), a truly adequate closet spanning the length of a bedroom wall (like you usually do), and a slightly pitched loft space. But you've got a fantastic start on this one. Thank you for showcasing it!
I so agree about that lack of closet space and the need for storage/ closet under stairs for pantry & linens/towels, and a place for mop, stick vacuum, etc. LOVE the kitchen/living area❣️❣️❣️Then a deck w/ seating & table w/umbrellas:🏆💯😍🥇
Love the living room/kitchen (though I was disappointed to see that the blue was just protective film, lol!).I would like to see storage cabinets under the stairs, make the unit a little longer to accommodate a stand-up freezer next to the w/d, and flip the bathroom to the area behind the refrigerator with a walk-in tub. That leaves a nice large bedroom at the back. Enough room for a big closet (on the front wall by w/d) as well as a dresser, if desired.
The layout is great I love this model but the closet just not enough and it doesn't even have drawers. LOVE the bathroom with the storage and the main living area but that bedroom closet is a dealbreaker
If you did a front load side by side washer dryer you could have hanging space over them and built in drawers under the stairs. I would make that the closet/ laundry since the bedroom closet isn’t enough imo.
Have commented this a few times now but you really need to stage the bedroom. Especially in a model like this where the layout looks awkward. At least throw a blow up mattress on the floor or something, lol.
So smart to have the entry be on the side right inbetween the kitchen & livingroom. It creates more seating in the livingroom & cuts down on circulation through a space & long hallways. If there was no loft stairs, you could also add an entry coat closet and store a vacuum.... where do ppl in park model houses hang their coats and store their shoes, purses, and keys?! Lol
What a beautiful floorplan. That loft wouldn't get any air circulation though without its own HVAC. I think I'd ditch the back of it and open up the ceiling over the bedroom and bathroom and just keep a mid loft for attic storage.
This is a really nice layout. The living room is bright and airy with great views. The kitchen is ample. I love the U-shape and the stools . That bedroom is really nice -- doesn't look so claustrophobic like some I've seen on your channel. The extra window really helps. The loft is nice, but I think there should be another window -- above the bedroom -- for cross ventilation
I like it with some changes. Could do away with the weird shaped bedroom. I personally wouldn't want the closer either. The bathroom cabinets on the left seem to just be in the way so I would omit those too. Would want to turn the fiberglass tub into tile. And somehow would want to add a side by side full size washer dryer. And hardwood in the loft
I love the kitchen/living room layout. Cozy. I'd probably make the loft my bedroom (i think it would fit a king or queen sized bed) and the bedroom a closet/dressing room with a vanity. The living room would double as a small office/tv and couch room. Not a fan of the metal railing.
Get rid of the loft and stairs. have a little table were the stairs are. keep the roof height and have a high ceiling in the bathroom area. Add a exhaust fan and make sure the microwave is vented to the outside. Then a screened off porch on the side. could work.
Want to see two bedroom mini mansion with this living room/kitchen layout
That’d be perfect!
Agree ~ 2 bed, big size, one small shower room & a storage cupboard for coats, vacuum, mop etc
Exactly!
Leave off transom windows and no loft. Please show something like that. Love looks of counter and cabinets though
@@kellyscott5235 drop the floor on the bedroom & make a taller loft
This is my favorite layout so far. Just beautiful.
You had me at side entrance. I know it is easier for the manufacturer to ad a front or a back porch, but there are so many advantages to the side entrance.
Loving this floor plan. The lay out is great. A nice flow through the whole house
I really like this new floor plan. But you really need to take advantage of all that space under the stairs and do some built in storage. You could even take out that small wall and have room for a side by side washer and dryer. 🤙🏻
Would be great for a broom closet or pantry
Yep I thought about the stairs was just a waisted space, but maybe something can be put behind the stairs.
I was thinking the same thing
Thank you for answering my question in regards to the loft!
My favorite part is the Kitchen Floor Plan. I really like the Walled Loft alot.2👍😊😊
I can't help but imagine myself in one of your showcased homes, Mr. Tiny! They are beautiful!
I would definitely get this floor plan, it’s perfect! Love the spacious living room AND functional kitchen
This is a good looking home. I would like to see a single section with two bedrooms/two baths that looks like this one.
Side entry has always been the best design for any home. Love the flat ceilings and extra windows. Beautiful!
Love this floorplan. Lots of room and even the kitchen is laid out nice. My biggest like is that the bathroom isn't right off the kitchen. The cabinets in the bedroom are great, too.

Beautiful home once again but I have a suggestion in the kitchen beside the stove it should be pull out spice rack😊 has a blessed day
love the door is not blocking furniture space.
Part of the beauty of tiny home living is a porch. This one is gorgeous but no porch is a huge drawback.
I love,LOVE this kitchen!
Very nice. Absolutely love the windows and fireplace in the living room. The U shaped kitchen is great as well. The ceiling is beautiful. One of my favorites
You have so many outfits, Mr Tiny must have a closet at large as this tiny home.
Love this floor plan!
The U shaped kitchen is PERFECT!
Bedroom too small.
Damn Sedona, I love that floorplan and all those windows!
Needs a porch but know there is not enough space. Love the living/kitchen area. Moving into mine (Cardinal) in a week!!!❤
Congrats. Great unit
Really nice Mr. Tiny. I still am a Sundance and Cardinal Girl. Some day I will see ya lol 😆
I really like this one. I would leave the storage cabinet in the bedroom off and put my dresser in there.
Would b great if loft area was taller. And under stairs was storage cabinet or draws on the stairs. Love the kitchen and living area.

I LIKE THE BUILT IN CABINETS IN THE BEDROOM!
I ALSO LIKE THIS MODEL WITHOUT A PORCH!
I would like this with a rustic feel, but this one is nice too.
Almost, windows from ceiling to floor. Love the floor Plan it is huge. Love the color of the stainless steel appliances. This Tiny Home is Delicious.
Absolutely love the kitchen living room layout but so much more to be done here to much leftover
Space
One of the best floor plans! Small without looking crowded..
Great floor plan. The flow is very nice.
Loved the kitchen and the windows
Wow that’s over the top, right on.
I love this model. I don’t think I would have the loft. It would open up the space so much more. I would add a pantry in the kitchen and more cabinetry in place of the steps! Thanks for another great model!
I love this model! The ONLY thing it is missing is a pantry, which could easily be added under the stairs.
Love the floor plan, The bedroom layout is a little strange, IMHO.
I always enjoy watching you Mr.Tiny and your cool homes. 😎 This home seemed so much larger. Love the loft.
I like this one, very nice job showing as always
My favorite tiny home that you manufactured was the “ Winston “ .
Great floor plan. I would put built in dressers in the bedroom and make it a 18 foot wide and no dishwasher for me. And a pitched roof in the loft. And no rugs in the loft. Kids are messy. I would love to see this in a 2 bedroom as well. But overall great job
Just trade the shower out with a shower tub combo.and you got me.
Sweet house, I love this house , looking good, be blessed and be safe
Love the kitchen and living area! I don't know about the main bedroom, seems smaller than the others. But I still really like this one.
Love this floor plan!. 😍
This is beautiful. I know that can’t be delivered anywhere else apart from the usa but I know that it would be perfect on a piece of land in Jamaica 🇯🇲 ❤
A beautiful home maybe beside the TV on each side of the stand you could add open shelf book cases

Can't wait to see this
Mike has me wanting to kick back in one of these houses 🏘
Love the side entrance,u shaped kitchen 🤙🏾 …patiently waiting for a spa bath🤣
The layout is great I love this model but the closet just not enough and it doesn't even have drawers. LOVE the bathroom with the storage and the main living area but that bedroom closet is a dealbreaker

Just curious how you easily vacuum the carpet in the loft. Doesn't look like an upright vacuum would fit.
This is a really nice layout. The living room is bright and airy with great views. The kitchen is ample. I love the U-shape and the stools . That bedroom is really nice -- doesn't look so claustrophobic like some I've seen on your channel. The extra window really helps.

Love the kitchen!
I absolutely love this model. I am not a fan of lofts, but I could definitely do this one. Great job in the layout.
It’s lovely!
Very cute! The bedroom is a bit tight but would suit me fine. I wonder if an irregular shaped pantry could fil under the stairs.
Love it! What is the height of the loft?
I like it with some changes. Could do away with the weird shaped bedroom. I personally wouldn't want the closer either. Agree on the awkward cabinets. I think a side by side laundry would fit if you built out under the stairs which is currently just dead space.
I love the kitchen/living room layout. Cozy. I'd probably make the loft my bedroom (i think it would fit a king or queen sized bed) and the bedroom a closet/dressing room with a vanity. The living room would double as a small office/tv and couch room. Not a fan of the metal railing.

The kitchen is nice.
Great floor plan except for the tiny closet!
My new fav!❤
Get rid of the loft and stairs. have a little table were the stairs are. keep the roof height and have a high ceiling in the bathroom area. Add a exhaust fan and make sure the microwave is vented to the outside. Then a screened off porch on the side. could work.
I would do my bedroom upstairs as long as I am able to crawl and do a home office in the first floor bedroom :)
I enjoyed this video 😁
Mr. Tiny...I think you should have installed a Lazy Suzy between the refrigerator and the stove. However this is a nice home.
Can it be 2 areas for bedrooms? Customizeable?
New fav!
Hi
Mr. Tiny,
I enjoy your blog. Can these be build without the loft?
Thanks
Alicia
Can you get the higher ceilings in the loft and can we get a split loft?
Would love to see this without a loft!! Because of health problems, I would not be able to access a loft space. Would love an alternative!!
I want two of these.
This might be the nicest one yet
Looks very nice and the Layout is one of my have. I would like to know the dementions of the Loft.
It's great
What is the color of the appliances, never seen that color but love it.
Nice!!
Can this be in a monoslope design? Is this unit customizable?
Make it a real fireplace and that one will be okay for sure. I would really love to see the San Juan Elite come back.
Agreed!
I would love to see this floor plan but with 2 bedrooms and possibly a screened in porch
Not a Fan of the Bedroom. But the Rest is Cool
Are there parks in your area that a person could put it?
I like it but the bedroom is just too small, and is there a way to raise the ceiling in the loft, or you can't do it because of the square footage?
Love the storage space and the natural light but I would like a bigger closet in the bedroom and want at least 2 of the windows in the loft to open.
I would like to know the height of the loft space. I like to sew. I would like to know if a desk and sewing machine would fit.
I will probably make the loft my bedroom and use the bedroom as a sewing/craft room. I sleep laying down anyway haha
What's the height up stares can you put a futon up stares.
Clean !
Does the Sedona come in a loftless version?
Sunroof in the loft would be something, or a rooftop sitting area?
They have some rooftop models
I like this floor plan very much I which there was a bigger closet, Mr tiny do I. Have to pay for it all at once, please reply very much interesting.
