I think it would be nice to cut down on the noise of the washer and dryer. Also, by having a pocket sliding door, it would make a private area to shower and walk back and forth to the bedroom or laundry area to get dressed in the morning. 🎉

Absolute perfection, I'd up and leave everything behind in a heartbeat, just to live in this gorgeous home! I am so on board with this tiny home movement, less is definitely MORE (in my mind.) Plus it is exactly my style 💖 There is nothing better than having all the (lux) basics at hand, without having to maximize allll your precious time in the upkeep that comes with a traditional home. And let me also add, the nice cut, of the high price tags. There are many other ways I could invest the nest egg, that would naturally come as a direct cause of not paying for a mortgage forever. I have seriously been considering downsizing; I've been studying the market, as well as all the pros and cons of going tiny, extensively. But, there's been one factor that has halted my search for my own tiny home....loft style sleeping quarters. But here, wow, just wow!! I don't think tiny home builders have tapped in the full potential of "main floor living." I could actually jump on board here!!! Love the main floor bedroom(s)! For myself, that would actually be my office/library/murphy bed having "guest suite." Every single inch of this home is amazingly perfect! Plus I just love the extra 4ft the width has, it makes such a dramatic impact visually, as well as not making you feel "boxed in." Well, loved and subbed! Hi! You are always free to add one but Mint is proud to have RV and Park Model certified units up to code and these incinerator toilets are not permitted just yet. This could change. It would be up to the new owner to decide if they wanted to seek that upgrade after delivery.
2 things I often don't see in tiny houses or park models: A coat closet at the entry and a back exit vs a second one on the same side. Curious about that.

This is my absolute favorite home layout of all time. Over 500 square feet of 750 square feet should be a tiny home and nothing less. You have to live in these home so make them a home and not just a little closet that you're crammed into. The two bedrooms is very important plus all that storage space and closets to hang your clothes as well as a designated living room area. I'm on Board sign me up. Right now I'm looking for land and Western Maryland up by Deep Creek Lake.

Absolutely LOVE this design and size! Two bedrooms (AKA one office/craft room + a bedroom). And the square footage is wonderful... on ONE level. I like the option of having a stacking W/D and a flush toilet, too... and a tub! Looks like there's plenty of options to install additional storage in the bathroom and elsewhere. Hi Kara, we route the plumbing and ducting in a way that some of the main area floors have heat circulating underneath, but, no we don't do heated floors in our units. We do offer a floor vented propane furnace add-on as well. Thanks for your question
Hi, Canadian regulations for RVs and Park Models to be CSA approved dictate that RV models (8.5' wide or less) can have lofts but Park Models cannot (anything over 9' Wide) . The reasoning behind this we are not entirely sure.

Great home but, this is not a tiny home. Anything over 500 sq feet is just a house, according to Minneapolis. Would love but without the second door in the master bedroom. Very awesome.
This one is the Orca park model and unfortunately only available in Canada. It sells for $145,000. I know because I want this one so badly and am also in the US. However, they have many different models that ship to the US and all kinds of floor plans. I like to look at them and dream, lol.
