This is the first video I find about this in English. I first saw this concept mentioned by a Japanese RUclipsr Hoshima, he calls it the Batsuju Step. The video is a bit hard to follow as it is only in Japanese with English subtitles but is a great video. I have been practicing this for a few weeks and I think is has help quite a bit I feel like I have a better reaction connection with my body before this I used to feel like I was “stuck” even though I new I could get the ball
it's amazing that coaches must still justify what is basic physics. In football we have used these concepts for years, although there are still coaches that argue against them. Good job with the drills, too! ruclips.net/user/shortsNcUjfdJL4x8?si=T1VY1Q0BmXU3fWGv
