TURBO S IS KING 🤷♂️, that rs3 is racing a monster… most people would think it’s not that fast but shit those cars will smoke almost everything we’ve seen lately with some exceptions…

I just put an APR open intake, ECU and DSG tune on my S4, man it feels quick and sounds AMAZING to me! I'm only a mid 12 second car but man it feels amazing haha

nice I was torn between the S4 and S3, I ended up with an almost new S3 ( I prefer the tossable chasis and smaller size) Im going for EQT tuning Stage 1 soon then stage 2 next year...I should be in the mid 11's by stage 2 also. Good luck, Vorsprung Durch Tehcnik!
@@volkssturm9694 I was debating between the two platforms as well, the S4 will be my only supercharged forced induction car I own in my life most likely, so I wanted to have a car that I could hear the supercharger whine and have instant power on at least once in my life :)
Easy way to fix the upshifting issue in the TT. Start in manual mode (In Sport Plus) in any gear you want. Soon as you SMACK IT, just bump the shifter over into Auto mode and let the car shift itself at the Prime RPM's. Much easier than trying to start in Auto mode and much more reliable than trying to time the shifts yourself in Manual mode. IMHO.
I do that but i start to question my self, doesnt it shift little bit early? Like not that early but like i feel when you shift it by your self it goes higher RPM ( not sure if its better ) ..
i did this stratergy in bmw so it might be different sure 💀
@@warriorory3246 In my 991.2 Turbo S it works perfectly. The ECU should know once it's in Auto mode (sport plus) to shift at the most perfect time (rpms / power band) like it does on a road race track at full throttle.
@@protectandswerve does traction go off with sport plus in Porchse? Cuz in BMW ( M2) i push the traction for few seconds and its full send , like curious why do it in sport plus cuz bmw with sport plus traction is not compellety off
@@warriorory3246 Porsche has two settings. One quick press will turn it mostly off but you have to press and hold to turn it completely off.
@@protectandswerve Thank you for that tip. I have a BMW M340i I just picked up and I have a feeling this might solve the upshift issue I was having. It sounds like it may be the same concept on BMW. I was setting it to sport plus mode and over to manual (left tap on shifter) and it was still upshifting when I wanted it to hold rpm for a roll race start. I then put it on manual paddle shift mode and it held it, but the timing wasn’t perfect on the paddle shifts. This technique sounds like a great fix for that.

Yup, this race sums it up for me. Ive been debating on whether to get an RS3 or a Porsche 911. My next car will definitely be a Porsche 911. These cars are something else!
Turbo and turbos are different than regular 911s, 911 turbos are not the same price range as an rs3 either.

Thanks for this video, as always, you're killing it AG. I have a FBO '18 RS3 and am 15 minutes away from Iroz in the Vegas area. Have been debating the IMS850 vs. the SRM GTX35 G2 option (SRM and Iroz are both local). It would be awesome to see RS3beeps run against this RS3 to gauge the improvement, especially considering its a $20K upgrade.
I heard the iroz kits are more reliable than any other kit , I have a couple of friends with the ims850 and ims1000

I agree completely. His mods should be pushing him way more. Just a stage 1 tune puts turbo s at almost 700hp. Obsv FBO meth and turbos gonna make way more then that. He's got to be pushing upper 800s min maybe lower 900s.

Personally, I’m into racing blown Mustangs, but from what I’m seeing on the euros it looks to me if you have the $ just go turbo S and slap an upgrade on it and your probably going to beat 99.9% of street cars.

Well to make all things equal... they also need to be tuned at around the same power. I'm going to guess the ttrs is tuned more aggressively since he told me it's almost maxed out.
