How about you just legalize it and you can't bring it in schools and leave it alone
Has any state done that? I don't think they have, but it might be a good idea.
The price of cannabis would probably drop to around $20/ounce.
One issue is that cannabis is very biosorbent, which means that if you grow it on toxic soil, it will uptake those toxins and express them through the trichomes. I'd like to see better testing, personally, especially considering the many medical uses of cannabis. If I were in charge, I would be all about the health and safety of cannabis products, but I wouldn't institute any other regulations, except for what applies to selling any other agriculture product.
To be fair, Minnesota is trying to right historical wrongs - I think they are making big mistakes, but the good intentions are there, at least.
