This main riff is as dirty and mean as it gets. Great cover!!!
I remember sitting in the back of my dads car in 1985 or 1986 and yelling out "Bastard consider that bastard dead" then my dad turning round and yelling at me for saying bastard, then I was told by my parents the song didn't say bastard but batman, so every time he played that song I was singing Batman, consider that batman dead. And I remember as a little kid thinking why did Motley Crue write a song about killing batman?

Agree, too bad they always been terrible live, mostly because of Vince. Too Fast and Shout are the only good ones in my opinion.

I was a teen in the 80's and always loved Motley Crue. He wasn't underrated back then that's for sure. That was a great era in music and was disappointed as alternative rock took over. Except for a select few such as AIC and Soundgarden.

Hi Todd! Thanks for the message. I wish I would have been in my teens in the 80‘s but I was born a bit too late. Great to see that Mick Mars received the recognition he deserved back in the day! And I agree Alice In Chains is pretty cool as well as the first Pearl Jam record but the Grunge era tends to put you in a depressed mood whereas the glam is much more fun.

Yeah it was a magical time and we lived like the music in that era betrayed. Times change and people change and get a bit wiser, but i still have my long hair. Lol
By the way I've always been a big Randy Rodes, Jake E Lee, zakk wylde fan. That music never gets old to listen to.
