I love that you're open to saying you're home will never be perfectly clean all the time! It's nice to see a cleaning video like this that is realistic. Also I like how your videos are so peaceful and encouraging in general
I'm looking forward to more details on this! I've got some Executive Functioning issues (namely, Task Initiation and Time Management) and that, coupled with perfectionism, really causes me to procrastinate and avoid cleaning. I've made some progress with developing those skills by breaking tasks down and allowing myself to just do small bits at a time. The only thing I have down pat right now is habit stacking a kitchen reset after eating breakfast. I do the basic necessities of catching up on dishes and wiping the counter and stovetop because I can't always trust myself to reset the kitchen in the evening, especially once the clocks go back and it's dark out after dinner.
The reality of my home becoming messy again after cleaning it 24-48 hours prior is beyond relatable!! Hoping to be more consistent with cleaning on a daily basis to help maintain a clean space rather than doing it all in one exhausting day! Glad i’m not alone here!🫶

Thank you so much for this comment Blair!! And for being here!! I'm really glad this felt peaceful for you to watch!
Thank you for keeping it real! And definitely balance is needed. But you always make it seem fun and inspire me!
You just described my life in the first 45 seconds! Lots of great, and very realistic, ideas and approaches here. P.S. The new hair looks great!
