I think Amber feels she's too far gone for weight loss. That between the lipo. with her legs and a massive loss the skin removal she would need she simply won't ever do it. I think she puts on a face for videos but secretly hates and loves her income comes from youtube. Loves so she doesn't work a normal job and have to be out in the world and have to return to health care work or whoever would hire her. Then she hates her food addiction and doing feeder content but puts it out to avoid having to be out in society on a daily basis. To maintain her level of weight a large portion of her day is eating and we never see a real grocery haul in whats delivered to the home.
Her whole identity is being a big gorl so ofc she doesn’t reallllllyyyy want to lose weight. Who is she at a normal weight? She’s never met her before. Her identity IS her weight.

At least with labor there's breaks in between contractions. With gall attacks it's non stop pain for an undetermined amount of time ranging from 30 mintues to HOURS.
