Trump describes assassination attempt as ‘too painful to tell’

Former President of the United States Donald Trump has formally accepted the Republican Party's nomination in the 2024 election.
His speech at the Republican National Convention (RNC) in Milwaukee marked his first public address since surviving an assassination attempt.
Trump delivered a message of "confidence, strength and hope," and vowed to deliver an "incredible victory" in the election.
