I've watched FFG's videos out of curiosity. It's horribly toxic in my opinion. FFG hates on everything for the sake of hating everything that Chantal does. I think in one video she hated on crinkle cut fries or curly fries (can't really remember) just because Chantal was enjoying them. On semaglutide you have to eat enough protein. If you feel nauseous its because you gave a glycemic crash/blood sugar crash due to not eating the extra protein.
