This video had some of the amazing lines from Chappelle show like "I'm rich bitch" and "I hope they die and burn in hell" When these episodes came out, the next day everyone would be saying the lines in High School. What a great time that was.

The reparations was definitely one of my favorites back in the day. So many great episodes. If you could find them, a few others are..... "I know black people" there are even the episodes with Paul Mooney called, "ask a black man". There is one that I haven't seen in ages and it's where they do a skit about the MTV cribs. They actually had 3 seasons of the show, not two. I think it was in the third season where they did "the lost episodes" then he left the show. Lots of great content. Those are to name a few.

The story behind FUBU is that Daymond John created that clothing line after Tommy Hilfiger was reportedly unhappy his clothing line was most popular in black culture saying "it's not meant for them". The acronym behind FUBU - For Us By US was created. Both parties deny to this day, but anyone of a certain age in the states remembers it well.
Datmond the FUBU creator is on Shark Tank if you blokes have seen the US version of Dragon's Den. From stitching clothes together in his apartment and selling out his car to on of the US's biggest clothing brands for about a decade.
I totally know and remember this. Also LL Cool J did a GAP commercial where he rapped the line "for us, by us" So in effect, he used a GAP commercial to promote a black owned business in which I think he had an investment 😉

Dave Chappelle show is hands down one of the best shows ever. I mean ever.
Dave Chappelle playing a white guy is absolutely hilarious. He pulls it off quite well. Edit: LOL when you mentioned a weather guy named Al, I immediately thought of George Carlin’s 1960s stand up routine where he played the character of Al Sleet, the Hippy Dippy Weatherman, with all the hippy dippy weather, man. It’s so good. But this genuinely offends some white people, apparently.

Subtle note: the joke at 2:20 about no banks in the ghetto is pretty loaded. In a lot of poor neighborhoods in the US, there are liqour store check-cashing stores which charge upto 20% transaction fees to cash your cheque. And because most hood economies are cash economies people would rather have money instantly to pay bills, buy groceries etc. coupled with mundanely inefficient public transportation, people have little incentive to travel at least an hour to the bank to cash their check and make their trip back. So most people would rather pay the transaction fee than undergo all that labor to cash their cheque.

Eddie Murphy did white face on Sat Night Live. He got on a public bus and when the last black person got off, they started serving cocktails and O'Dourves. He went into a bank to apply for a loan and the manager just hands him a brown paper bag filled with money and gestures don't worry about.
I wish Dave and Neal would bring this show back, but on their own terms (i.e. no comedy central).

When the heavily bearded guy laughs into the microphone loudly and continuously, it destroys the dialogue in the clip and you cannot hear what is being said by Dave Chappelle and his crew. Why can’t this guy say turn to one side and laugh … not directly into the microphone. If you’re unaware of this it’s unprofessional.
