  • Ecovacs | Deebot | T9 | Ozmo Pro Tank not Oscillating?? Why Showing White Colour Light while using Ozmo Pro Tank??
    If the White light is Blinking it means Deebot is not ready to use.
    once white light stop blinking then you can use its ready to use now.
    Once we attach Ozmo Pro Tank in T9 then white light become blue...if light colour won't change or while using Ozmo Pro Tank light colour become white that means something wrong with OZMO Pro connection...maybe wire broken

    Hi, I have a T8 ozmo. The problem that I have is that when The reservoir is removed the robot still having the blue light. When push the start button stay in blue all the time. The robot was reset to the original setting and it still have the problem. Do you have any recommendations? Thanks.

    Hi. Thank you for the video. I'm a t9 user. When I install the wet mop kit, the voice guidance and lamp light turn blue. But when I operate the vacuum and it leaves the charging dock, the light turns white and the wet mop kit doesn't work either. I repaired it twice with a new connector, and the mop kit is new as well. If It's not wire broken, what other problem?

      2 possible reason: Ozmo connector need to replace or motherboard short circuit, most likely is Ozmo connector issue

      Thank you for your answer. I replaced it with a new connector and a new mop kit, but it doesn't work. If so, it seems likely that it is a motherboard problem.

    My T9+ with the mop stops oscillating after a few seconds as well. It’s very frustrating as I just spent $200AUD on a new mop attachment only for it to work once! Now back to not oscillating. Of course it’s 1 month out of warranty. Not happy with this product at all!

    Can I ask what is the screw that pushed the black knob on the opposite side to the connector.
    It pushes in the black nob of the osmo pro.
    I adjusted it now it won't realise water 😢

      Water flow settings only we can do from app... there's no manull settings for this purpose

    My T9 says ozmo probe installed. The mop starts oscillating but stops within one or two minutes and won’t mop.

    hello, where can I buy separate parts for the water tank plate, because I am looking for the slide bearing (3 pieces) that hold the plate to the water tank .

    Hi, thanks for the video. I have the Deebot T8 AIVI and when I connect Ozmo Pro, the light turns blue, it says the mop is connected but when it starts to go, the mop doesn't scrub but the light remains blue. Any ideas?

      You need to open & check the connector wire...75% chances are just the red wire broken...if u can solder back the wire it start working as normal

      @@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 thank you. I got it to work by smacking the mop attachment harder lol. It seems touchy like the terminal is loose or something. Since I got it to work, I didn't bother messing with it for now.

      @@RobertoMezquiaJr if with pressing harder start working means wire disconnected but still on its place... means sometimes Will work when u press harder it will touch n start....better can just solder back easy

    Hi, I have deebot T9 for awhile, and recently the mopping function is not working. When ozmo pro attached the LED turns blue and ozmo pro detected, it oscillated and stopped after awhile. When charging I often hear that Air freshner has been installed while I never install it. Could it also be just a connector issue? Thank you 🙏🏻

      my t9 starts without a schedule . if he feels like cleaning he just starts. mopping starts and after 5 minutes only suction function. now the slide bearings of the water tank need to be replaced but no loose spare part .

      @@ryzryzoma2195 I bought a new ozmo pro tank with moping, plus I changed the connector on the main body (need to take apart the casing of the main body ).

    Can I fit the ozmo pro tank in ozmo 950?? I am think to externally power the ozmo pro tank for my ozmo 950.. any chances of possibility??

      Can Not use Ozmo Pro Tank in Ozmo 950 model as in Ozmo 950 doe's have Ozmo connector so it won't work...

    Hi, I thought this video might help me, but it did not... my T9 tells me "Ozmo Pro Tank blocked. Please check"... which I did, but I cannot find the issue. The only thing I noticed is that one of the 3 pistons moving the mopping plate back and forth is not as loose as the other 2, which may cause the plate to jam.

      In 90% cases connector wire break..some cases Ozmo tank stuck.. might be motor assembly Jammed or as U mentioned plate lock broken or loose in few cases motherboard issue as well

      @@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 Thanks for the suggestions; I will disassemble the mopping unit carefully and see what I can find. Forum users have mentioned that their cause of the issue was a shift in the amount of grease on the "rattle pistons", one of them having considerably less grease than the others, making for an uneven motion which would eventually cause the whole mechanism to jam.

    I have the same model. It start moving backwards when I attach the ozmo Pro tank. When I attach the air freshener, it moves normal. What's the problem?

      Underneath the deebot beside the charging connector you can see n deep whole inside there's carpet sensor... might be faulty ... you can try to clean that whole n inner white colour sensor using cotton buds if still same then need to replace carpet sensor then will be ok

      If u r asking about Ozmo Pro tank not oscillating then..most likely is Ozmo connector where we attach that tank that is got problem...I mean connectors wire may broken that's why not functioning....just solder back nicely..it will work.... Ozmo tank very rare spoil

      @@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 I did what somebody suggested, unscrewed the bottom pad, give it little bit cleaning, new grease and now it is not complaining.
      I have another problem, It is lately more affraind to go little bit steep from one room to another, there is like a plate platform to connect theset two rooms.Before it was hasitating, afraid to fall probably, but now it never crosses to that room, I have to push it. When it realises being in that room continues fine, it climbes back no problem.

      After fee second totally not moving... then ozmo connector need to replace hopefully only ozmo connector issue
