@@BrendanJackson-eg9ti Hi, did you mean about prising open the top cover? I wrote this at another video by ECOVACS Technical Support. ruclips.net/video/OGMphQ0G7hc/видео.html. I’ve done it! I plucked up enough courage to have another go at pulling the front plate up. I also read the useful post ruclips.net/channel/UC7ll6Y0C4xktvf9TBmALVCA Instead of a screwdriver as recommended, I used the two claws of a hammer. My Deebot will run for various amounts of time then just stop and power down. No lights and no sound. When I place back on the charger it will power back on and show it still has plenty of battery, usually around 87% or more. What do you recommend to fix?
very informative and to the point. Great video, thank you. What could be the problem when the anti drop sensors are perfectly clean, no water damage inside at all and it only travels in backwards?
Hi! I have a deboot ozmo 950 series, model dx9g. Thanks to this video I understood that my problem is motherboard. I want to buy a new one, but I can't find it. Do you have any suggestion where I can buy a new one? I find just the motherboard for the dx93 model, but I don't know Iif it's the same.

I finally assembled, but I couldn't put the 3 small springs back in their original position. So I was wondering if you could tell me where these 3 small springs are supposed to be, or if you could post a video of the disassembly and assembly of the DEEBOT X1 OMNI, because no matter how much I looked, I couldn't find a video of the DEEBOT X1 OMNI. I am assuming its the motor that needs replacing, the green side you can feel glides round nicely when you turn it and the red side clicks round, it is as if a cog is worn

Hi, my ozmo - deebot interface connector is broken, may i ask you the part number or some pictures of it to find a new one and replace it? thanks a lot! (i mean the ozmo vibrating washing system female connector on the deebot t8)
I have disassembled the Ecovacs Ozmo 950 to replace the main brush motor. After I assembled it, it is only going backwards, then giving the error that front pumper is stuck. What could be the reason, which wire or connection is related?
Make sure u fix back the bumper correct...n it can easily bounce back when u press...it it's bit hard means bumper stuch somewhere....n plz check front two clips behind the bumper...fixed or forget...
Actually anti drop sensors are not designed only for stairs...where ever deebot feels the place is bit high it won't go that areas...Ifvur deebot sensors are perfectly working then I don't recommend...if always gives error at black colour or carpet...rest all everywhere ok then ok u can use this trick to hide the sensors with white tape but not transparent...must be white colour then it will work at dark colours carpet etc..
Not yet...but remove all screw of station n use screw driver to open 3 locks around the wire fixing area then just push outer cover apposite directions...cover got no screw..only locks
Thanks. I want to open the very bottom part where it seats on the floor. it has two metal parts for charging. one of them is loose and I need to fix it. I assume this part also has locks and no screws, is that right ?
Hi. May i know why im getting “Clear main reservoir immediately” message after every ‘clean dustbin’ even though the main reservoir is not even half full?
Deebot ozmo 950, throws an error of dirty fall sensors. I opened it all the sensors are perfectly clean and not rusty, yet none of them are lit in the camera. What could be the reason? Are there fuses on the motherboard that are responsible for the sensors? Maybe there is some way to manually reinstall the software.
If physically you didn't see any issues then you need to install new sensors then only can confirm weather really anti drop sensors issue or Mainboard issue... because 5% chances for Mainboard issue

I’ve done it! I plucked up enough courage to have another go at pulling the front plate up. I also read the useful post ruclips.net/channel/UC7ll6Y0C4xktvf9TBmALVCA Instead of a screwdriver as recommended, I used the two claws of a hammer. I reconned this would spread the load more evenly by applying pressure in two locations rather than one. Hey presto!
Hello, I have an LDS error issue, ive watched your other video and checked the rubber as well as made sure it is clean. sometimes it turns on but most of the time it doesnt spin. there doesnt seem to be anything blocking it. Would you advise i buy a new motor and try to install it? I have no repair centers near me. Is there something else that could be causing the issue before i get a new motor?
I'll upload another video about this topic in few days..
hello, could you make a video about replacing side brush motors on a deebot? i have a t8+. thank you
My Deebot will run for various amounts of time then just stop and power down. No lights and no sound. When I place back on the charger it will power back on and show it still has plenty of battery, usually around 87% or more.
What do you recommend to fix?
Just battery need to replace... battery suddenly shut down

What could be the problem when the anti drop sensors are perfectly clean, no water damage inside at all and it only travels in backwards?

hello. I'm writing to ask for one piece of advice.
I am using an ecovacs deebot x1 omni. The other day I disassembled it to replace the wheels on myself, and I have no idea how much trouble I had. I finally assembled, but I couldn't put the 3 small springs back in their original position. I don't even know where they were originally, because everything seems to be working fine after I put it back together. So I was wondering if you could tell me where these 3 small springs are supposed to be, or if you could post a video of the disassembly and assembly of the DEEBOT X1 OMNI, because no matter how much I looked, I couldn't find a video of the DEEBOT X1 OMNI. Thank you.

Hello! I have an Ecovacs Deebot X2 Pro bought on AliExpress. I had to open it because the robot started to be crazy more less 3 month ago. Unfortunately dismounting bumper together upper panel I found 2 disks that seem to be some kind of bearing but I'm not able to understand from where they come from! Pleas help me!🙏
Thanks so much for this. Have been looking for exactly this for ages.
I've just managed to follow this to replace a side brush motor (after reading the comments below about how to apply judicious violence with a screwdriver to get the top cover off).

The tilting of the map is happening over a period of time. Once a map is generated, we will see a tilt in about a month's time. The robot is also moving forward at a tilted angle (4-5 Degrees). Do you suspect any issue with the wheel assembly (speed is not matching) or it could be a software issue?

I think I need to replace the side brush motor for the right side (red) on Deebot Ozmo 920, have watched your video but i cannot get the bumper off. I am assuming its the motor that needs replacing, the green side you can feel glides round nicely when you turn it and the red side clicks round, it is as if a cog is worn
I have managed to get it all apart now and the red gear that holds the side brush in place is worn and needs replacing, I have a 3d printer but cannot find a file online for that part, can I purchase the gear/cog from you please?

Deebot ozmo 950, throws an error of dirty fall sensors. I opened it all the sensors are perfectly clean and not rusty, yet none of them are lit in the camera. What could be the reason? Are there fuses on the motherboard that are responsible for the sensors? Maybe there is some way to manually reinstall the software.
