Thanks for your videos. My LDS was blocked and by looking at your videos I could clear debris in its rotational path. But still the LDS warning was coming, I then cleaned the dust in the signal sending and receiving area by opening the LDS unit. And that helped me and now the Deebot is working well. All this was possible through your inspirational videos.

@@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 quick question… I have an Ozmo 920, battery is not charging. The dock pushes 20 volts. And I replaced internal battery. Unit ran the new battery until it died and went to charge, but never charged. Any thoughts on what else I can look into? Any help would be appreciated it.

Hello, thank you for this videos. I will try to fix my ECOVAC pro930, as I see in your videos a think the fan is no working because there is no air coming out at all and the bin is empty and the filter is good. Also the box rubber that comes from the bin to the main brush is broken so I ordered the brush holder complete because I didn’t find just the rubber. I am nervous about the fan could you make a video about changing the fan ? Thanks 😊

My deebot n8 plus suction not working. It will map rooms within the app, navigate around the house but has no suction. What could be the issue
Sir on my channel video available how to test suction... Plz follow the instructions...if u won't feel any airflow from left side of the deebot after u run the deebot totally no airflow that means might be vacuum fan not functioning....or dust box filter is blocked...if got airflow then plz check ur deebot main brush.. maybe jammed.thats why can not pick-up dust from floor

Not yet but its each.just remove all screw & bumper... remove bumper wire & just pull up top cover.. don't worry it won't break... make sure there's no camera on Top cover in your model...one model got camera on Top in that model we need to remove camera Chip before removing Top cover other slim model just Close ur eye & pull up that's All

Do we need to keep reservoir attached all the time even doing vaccum only ??
Actually there are 2 things we need to understand...1 water tank. 2 moping plate. Water tank we should not remove weather doing vacuum only...why? Because water tank is part of deebot body. If we remove means weight is not equal From back become light....it will bounce...if u r using Only for vacuum then just remove moping plate... don't remove water tank.. when u want to do moping as well then just install moping plate then water Will start dripping....but while charging must remove moping plate or u can remove both parts no issues....
Hello - i am having an issue with my ozmo 950 that i cant find help for.
After i start the cleaning cycle, it stays on the charging dock but the motors start. I tried to factory reset it, but all it does is then, is back up off the dock, then again it just sits there while the motors run.
What can be the issue??
Most of the time it's just a core board issue...is a small chip beside the motherboard..can try to change that part first...if it's not giving any other errors like LDS or Anti drop sensors then confirm is just a core board issue
I have an issue with my Deebot T8 Aivi, I let the battery drain to the point that it wouldn't recharge. I have now replaced the blue battery following your instruction. When I installed the new battery it said it was 80% charged. However it can't locate the charging dock. I have now reset to factory settings but it has lost my wifi settings. When I do one short press of the reset button. It says ready to set wifi but the app doesn't let me do anything. I have tried changing the fuse on the charging dock and checking different power outlets but nothing works. When I had the original battery installed, it attempted to charge but failed when I placed it on the metal contacts.
But this isn't happening with the third party battery I purchased on Ebay. It was very cheap and came from the Netherlands.

Thanks for liking my videos... actually if ur original battery also couldn't charge n battery bar is not moving up it means it's not a battery issue....if its a battery issue then battery should charge but drain very fast that's a battery faulty sign....then only we replace battery.,.in T8 aivi after 2 years if got this type issue then it's deebot motherboard need to replace.... charging regulator burn that's why weather you fix new original battery it won't work because can not charge...& Battery which you bought might be not same that's why totally no function at all.... plz try to get Mainboard for this model will solve this issue...or you can find any person who can repair Mainboard for you.,.
@@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 my original battery got drained as my charger was off. The new battery worked and showed on the app as 80 percent power. The issue is its not finding the dock
When I installed the new battery it worked like normal but couldn't find the docking station when I set it to charge. It can't be the motherboard if it was going normal with exception of finding the docking station. Is it possible for the docking station to fail?

Hi, I have OZMO 950 since July 2021 and it worked mostly fine, but in last three days it fail to locate and record it work on app (it keep blank and no map) and every 3 minutes it keep saying the work has finished and wanted to the charging dock, so I repeatedly press start button in order to continue....
Can you tell me how to fix this?
Hi .. you can tfy to remove LDS assembly belt n Clean it with wet tissue n clean LDS assembly sounding as well...then just assemble back n reset....then try.. hopefully will be ok

It’s impossible to clean wheel!!!
There's nothing impossible sir...if you want can remove wheel n disassemble can clean inside n fix it back...but very rare hairs or other items tangled with wheel because front side brushes Push everything in middle n in middle main brush pickup those items...so 2% chances only I think...

I'm not a technical or mechanical person but I can say that this is a problem of design. dust and dirt can go from the inside of the tire directly to the motherboard, there is no part that acts as a protector. it's definitely a design study.. removing the tires shouldn't have been this hard.
I have bought this product in 2021. It worked fine for few months but then started creating problems. It is Chinese products and work for few months. Their after sale support is scam. They have taken my product 4 months back charged 18K rs but i am yet to get the product
