    when i fix the screws it says that the bumper is stuck. if i leave out the screws it works. whats the issue?

      @@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 Hello, i ordered a new LSD and attached it, however it still gives me the LSD sensor error saying its blocked. Could there be another reason? Maybe the LDS isn't receiving power?

    I live in India and i bought ozmo 920 model from USA. I need LDS assembly to replace, how can i buy the LDS assembly? Please help. Thank you.

      You need to contact with Mumbai India service center.. hopefully they can help you...or can. Contact Ecovacs hotline no. Or can purchase online form Amazon Ali Xpress etc

    Thank you for the videos? I have a Deebot 930 which gives a error message "My LDS is blocked, please clean it". I have cleaned it with compressed air, opened it as per your instructions. No blockage. Belt is fine.
    Can you please do a video on this issue?

      In this model very rare got lds issue.. But whenever I get in this model need to replace lds assembly

      Same with mine. I done cleaning and it can clean, after few minutes random then it just stop and keep saying LDS error. Here don’t have the service center. I called the reseller and they just said no replacement part for 950 and ask me to buy new robot instead

      Weather Anti drop sensors are faulty but once we power on D-Tof assembly should start moving...if it's not turning means D-Tof assembly might be stuck, jammed or belt broken...plz check D-Tof assembly
