I prefered the darkness of watch dogs 1 rather than the sequel

This demo was literally 10 years ahead of its time.
Ubisoft still can't make this game, can't wait for Ubisoft to go almost bankrupt, has to sell WD license, get bought by a good studio like Sony or some other good one, wait 5 other years, then we might get this, I might be dead by then

TheWorse made a Remaster. It gives somewhat an E3 vibe with lots of improvement overall. It's around 1gb. Try it if you are still interested.

Kohy96 no! It’s possible I did it, but it’s really rare, I thinks they don’t shoot you if you committed just one little crime, you have to stay without weapon on arms
The sitting powering back up is one of the most awesome things I've seen. This games look so inventive. I hope there's multiple ways of completing each mission using emergent gameplay rather than a 'true' way of doing each mission.

Even the car camera is different in this. Real shame they changed that too. The driving feels and looks better with that closer view. Hope someone's able to mod that back in.
It really isn't that much different. You can change the car camera angle.

Just recently I've been able to play the game with that driving camera and the vehicle handling. Looks and feels so much better. :)
@@Veyron722skyhook Same here, but for the game in general. I recently found a mod called “Lost Legacy” on the Nexus. Now I finally get this sprinting animation and other missing/cut features.
I like the more darker blackout in this one. The nights are just so bright in the final product.

@@MAP233224 Not really. Graphics were changed in comparison to literally every demo, movement and voice acting was way better, gun sound effects were way better imo... Watch Dogs had a heavy downgrade.

This demo had way better rain visuals, the car lighting colors were more realistic, actually just the colors in general were lesser saturated, but more realistic looking, and this one had better depth of field effects, all of which which are never present in the final game. Now on next gen with the right settings on your TV/Computer, it's possible to replicate it without mods as I've done it before, but the OG demo still looks slightly better with those small additions to the graphics.

After watching all these original E3 demos, I really wish this was the watch dogs we got.
I don't think the consoles could handle this much detail back then , fingers crossed for wd3 though, hope they don't disappoint again.

it kinda did. it just that the rain refection was heavily downgraded. it wont look amazing in ps3 and xbox 360, because they are previous gen consoles. it does look pretty decent on pc.

Agreed, R* evolved with car animation and driving physics. The driving physics here though is something similar to SA. V will not only have similar if not better adjustments in physics, they'll give options to you tweak your vehicles to your satisfaction in body shops for much better handling. Watch Dogs however still looks dope, so I'm looking forward to both worlds.

I like how watch dogs is.probably one of the first games to have interactions with other electronic device. You see that when they used the iPad to destroy the helicopter, arm poles to destroy they cop cars and write on the electronic board WELL DONE

I read on the store page for watch dogs on steam that they got the guys from Driver: San Francisco to work on the driving. I bet the car physics are much better.

If you watch from gamespot stage demo, the guy from ubisoft have said that, they will an app for the tablet and mobile and there will a way to upgrade or enhance the skills faster.

There is even an in game AppStore for his smart phone, where you can buy apps and music, there is an app that tells you the name of songs playing on the radio and even an AR mini game on his smart phone where civilians turn into aliens and he start shooting them with his smart phone and even NPCs play it.
I've modded my own watch dogs with permanent rain and it looks gorgeous!

That now that I look at it, is such a great question. Instead of the traditional respawn some where else scheme, there could very well be something in the case that you "lose" that you get into some alternate way that you have to hack out of. That would be great.
