@@minelayer26 in very old games I still remember opening the game console with ~ and you'd enter commands like noclip or ghost mode and fly around the maps finding all sorts like dev test rooms and weird anomalies, light boxes with NPC actors, weather boxes with the sky graphic, even easter egg messages from devs, just so many fun things you weren't supposed to see or to see in detail. I really miss that, in newer games it's not that easy to explore out of bounds like it used to be but it's one of the things I had the most fun with.

At the end of the mission right before you leave you can use the tables to get out of bounds in a area you are not supposed to be in there is a escalator and you can see the whole stadium I found this one playing yesterday I’m going to see if I can find anything else
There’s a way to clip in the stadium with no mods. Not exactly easy but I remember there being a way to bring a car inside thru the bar or something and climb into a vent to clip thru. You can find the video on RUclips

It loads in a particular area. If you are out of it, it will unload. That area is near the first mission area thats why only that area loads the stadium up.
It's really tricky, but you can steal the helicopter using a glitch with the bridges and the coin minigame. There are some RUclips tutorials on how to do it.

They really need to do a remake of watchdog one they could have did it so much better if they waited for PS5 or the technology of whatever ps6 or 7 looks like. But change up the story abit have a more sympathetic person be and maybe on the side retrieve what they tried with legion but that can't be the main story that's got to be a side thing separate to the main story where anybody can be a playable character to do other things.

You need to either use a mod, or get close to it, kill the sniper and quickly press Y (on xbox controller)
