    I know it’s hard but it’s a marathon not a race, take it day by day, we are in this together! You are my motivator and it’s refreshing and reassuring to see real results when it’s being done the right way instead of the easy way!     I literally feel all of this… I get so MAD and frustrated with myself/ the process. Your tears hurt my heart but I know that you can do it. Keep going!

    One thing I've done with my food noise is to have healthy snacks on hand like Greek yogurt or something like rice cakes that are low calorie. Could even have hard-boiled eggs so that it isn't too bad. I also like to have fruit smoothies with chia seeds. Chia seeds can help you feel full longer. Maybe meal prepping breakfast would also help if you have the time to do it. I'm also on a journey for weight loss, and I've only lost like half a pound in 2 months. The journey is hard, but it's worth it

      Good ideas thank you! Yeah I was thinking of making like Greek yogurt parfait and meal prep them so I can have them either as a quick breakfast, snack or desert at whatever point of the day I feel hungry. I’m glad we can relate to each other’s process on this journey☺️ Let’s keep pushing through it 💪🏻🤍

    Are you counting your calories? If you are not, you should. Don't overcomplicate weight loss, its basically eating at a calorie deficit so less calories than your maintenance and the bigger the deficit is, the faster you will lose weight. Everything you put in your mouth needs to be counted, that's the only way to have a steady weight loss. Its going to suck but you need to stop eating out on the weekends, that should be something you do once a month more like. You are basically adding all the calories you cut out during the week back into your body and its not taking you anywhere. Also cut out sugar completely, if you crave sugar eat some yogurt and berries. Weight loss doesn't need to be hell but it requires some discipline and its hard in the beginning so don't be sad because you'll get there. =)

      Thanks for the tips!❤️ Yes definitely I agree with you 100%, weight loss is truly simple, if you follow everything you said you loose it all easy and pretty quickly. What complicates it is the mindset. Building a strong mentality and discipline is important in order for you to ignore your body signaling you to eat. Especially when you are overweight your body is going to fight against you to continue consuming the same amount of calories to maintain the current body weight. So that’s where controlling hunger and suppressing the addictions to unhealthy food comes into bite you in the butt 😆. But that’s why I’m documenting my experience so people who do struggle in this area of their life don’t feel alone, and we can break the cycle of weak mentality and get back up even if we fail several times until we reach our goal ❤️
