    Your progress is amazing! I hate when the scale doesn’t do what I want it to do. I spend a day or two semi depressed before re-adjusting my plan. Wishing you nothing but success 😊

    Stay positive. Use the measuring tape method instead. It is far less triggering than the scale. I measure my neck, biceps, smallest part of my waist, above my knee, my upper thigh and then hips. Try to measure every few days and notate the measurements to keep track. This is motivational!! 😊
