Kia ora from NZ, Mia, and congratulations on 11 years of recovery! I realised today that I don't actually know when my recovery anniversary is 😅. Thank you for everything that you do. Despite being close to fully recovered myself (been in remission/pseudo-recovery so long, I never thought I'd say that), I find that I almost always have a lighbulb moment when I watch your videos or listen to the podcast. Today's was when you said that your most important accountability is to yourself...on some level, I have known that for a long time, but it never made sense in a fundamental way before...I'm not sure I can put it into words, but my point is that it really helped me. Thank you again for your work and for challenging me to do better for myself ❤
Congrats Mia ❤️ been a subscriber for 8 years and you facilitated my own recovery 🎉 been fully recovered for that long. Thank you ❤❤❤
Honoured you're here and so proud of you!
Congratulations. You have helped me so much and showed me the way to help me recover. I was so glad I came across you approximately 5-6 years ago. You have been a life saver ❤️❤️❤️ !
Happy you're here Greer, thanks for your consistent kindness and support.
Congratulations, Mia. Lovely to see your journey unfold.
So proud of you Mia! Always love hearing you speak and all your videos. Love a sourdough olive avocado situation and yes running out for that vinno cotto, ooft. I love your honesty always. You have helped me incredibly over the years and I am so grateful x. I also agree that we are finding ourselves all the time, continually. And not needing a static outcome. So beautiful and so true. I'm also sorry to hear about your stage four endometriosis and arthritis. I am navigating some invisible illnesses physical and neurological and find it helpful to see how you manage these. How do we access the forum? The link was not working. So grateful for you Mia! Thank you and congratulations x
Mia thank you for this. It impacted me. Congratulations on 11 yrs!

Thank you for the kind comment!
That's awesome! Thank you for sharing, I found the building up the ship vs controlling the weather really helpful
Congratulations. That is something to celebrate. ❤🎉
Thank you so much!
I am so happy for you! ❤ I wish Eugenia would try to start recovering.
Congrats! Such a great achievement - keep it up :)
Thank you so much!
Love the ship/weather analogy!
Congratulations
Thank you!
I remember a time when I thought that I would always be guided by my ED. Like even if I was "recovered" (what I thought was recovered) the reference point would always be my ED experience. I can only speak for myself, but that is just not even remotely the case for me anymore. I dont even know the exact number of years I've been recovered because, like you've mentioned, my ED is so unmitigatedly insignificant now.
I have been on recovery wow dhowibg my ade for 50 years. I have to say I don't missing being so week I couldn't move. I was a major restrictor. I don't own a scale anymore. I just go with ebs and flow. I go with it fits I wear it. Cause your Wright is not what defines you.
I hear you!
