Harley professional here. Even with my cataracts, I know exacly what that Harley is. It is a 1991 to 1998 Harley softail fatboy evolution 80 CI 1340 CC in a burned orange color with solid wheel that are black in the center. It also has the long shots exhaust pipes, that are aftermarket V&H pipes. What caused the smoke from the rear wheel was the brake caliper was sticking, which happens on these when you use your rear brake too often. I love his bike

A modern 125 with just 9.3% the engine size is about 20 mph faster and no Harley could keep one in sight after the first turn in the road.
