- If you are looking for a great on-the-beach RV resort, this is it. Situated just behind the beach berm, Pioneer Beach RV Resort boasts 360 RV sites plus a few cabins and tent sites. You’ll find a pool, Rec Hall, Laundry facilities and of course, the beach a few short steps (or a golf cart ride!) away. The park is only a few miles for Port Aransas where there are grocery stores, a dollar store, restaurants and beach shops. So, if you are looking for a great place to stay for a few days or a few months, Pioneer Beach Resort might be JUST what you are looking for!

could u do a re-take with more wind noise?
Unfortunately no. It's really hard on some of these beaches to get shots without wind. I suppose if I had really high end mics, I could do better. But, I do know it's frustrated. Trust us, it's a nice beach and we do recommend going. Thanks for stopping by!
What Wi-Fi do you use?
We have a MiFi we obtained through FMCA, but Derrick wants to answer your question more thoroughly, so, stay tuned and we will give you a better answer coming up. We meant to do a video about our set up before we came to Ohio, but it didn't happen, so that's high on the list when we get back. Thanks for stopping by!
How can you get your golf cart to beach?
The road is paved up to the berm, then there is a wooden boardwalk that people drive them onto and it comes right out onto the beach. Very cool.
Can you live there full time?
Yes. There are a number of full time residents and many "winter Texans" that come around the 1st of November and stay until around April. Call and see what they might have available. They are really nice people. All the best and safe travels!
