Started Henderson Beach camping back in 2011. Been here every August since. It used to be a quiet retreat but no more. Busy 98 is now wider and more traffic and about 4 years ago a helicopter tour started right outside the park. I think there’s 3 choppers operating 5 minute rides all day everyday and the flight path is right over the campground. Every 5 minutes take off and land. I leave here on Thursday for the very last time.
Excellent info - we have a couple of these booked and some that are on our possibility list. We enjoy more of a "campground" vibe v. RV park kind of thing. Some of these would fit for us, but a lot we would not consider a campground - definitely a RV park.
Thank You both for sharing this information, really helps give ideas and options to us that have not been aware. Didn’t realize you also wrote books about more and other info on additional areas in Florida! This is wonderful! Super that you have been able to not only experience and travel in your time within your life, but share all your knowledge and in such a pleasing way..😃 Thanks again!!
For the Florida state parks we have stayed at this year, we found that they did not charge the $6 admission fee in addition to camping fee. However, there are the reserveamerica online reservation fees.
@@joedonbaker1673 Actually I am thankful...there are a slew of new RVers out there. I am more of the non-reservation boondocker type:) Putting off getting the new coach until things simmer down as there is way too much drama for me:)
We have an accompanying blog post with links on all these destinations rvlifestyle.com/florida-beach-campgrounds/
Destin West Rv park was awesome. I loved how we could use all the amenities of the hotel across the street and have gulf beach access there.
BEAUTIFUL video guys! Great graphics, super informative and very professional. Well done, thank you!

Thank you for putting prices. Most vloggers don't mention it.
Without prices you wasted my time
Visited St. George State Park last week. What a GORGEOUS beach!
Wow. So many beautiful places. I can't wait to travel more with my kiddos
I like these kinds of quick review videos for various areas.
Great Video! Well done and very informative. Thanks for posting! 🙂👍
Adding the prices is very helpful. Thank you!

How about Grayton Beach State Park and Fort Pickens State Park?
This is a great list! Love that the prices are also listed. Had no clue Florida State Parks have a $6 entry fee. Thanks for sharing. Lynn and Danny
Great video. Really good options. Thanks for sharing.
Great video full of useful information 👍 thank you
Great information, thank you 😊
Santa Rosa RV Park in Navarre also looks nice
Motion sickness 😏

Florida state parks have a day use fee for non campers and for campers there's a reservation fee to book on line.
I didn’t see a single pop up camper in those snap shots of the parks. Would my family and I be looked down upon if we pulled up in a pop up?
It seems like prices may vary during the year? Looked up one of them (Ho-Hum) on Campendium and the price per night ranged up to $60/night.
Yes, they change all the time during different seasons and according to demand.
Please do away with the slide show. I have vertigo now.
LUSH toilets?
seems sometimes on the screen it says "FULL HOOKUPS" but sounds like you say "water and electric" but not sewage?!?
Great information.
$130 a night. We are on an RV yet but why that’s a lot of money per night just for an RV spot hotel rooms can cost less than that
Glad I put off getting a new RV...it isn't what it once was at all.
