    Oyster sauce (1 tbsp)
    Schezwan sauce (1 tbsp)
    Brown sugar (1/2 tsp)
    Salt (1/2 tsp)
    Vegetable oil (2 tsp)
    Minced onion + ginger + garlic (2 tbsp)
    Sliced red chilli
    Salt
    Black pepper
    Cornflour slurry (1 small bowl)

    Boss stick to indian food... Let the Chinese chefs show us how to make their food... How would you like it if the Chinese chefs started showing us how to make dal tadka, or chicken curry or fish Amritsari...

      Mam....u r welcome to check out with those chinese chefs and inform where the process is wrong....there is no harm to follow if chinese chef can make good Indian food....same is the other way round....a versatile chef is expected to know different world cuisines...!!
