Great abe workout!! You guys are awesome!! I love using my exercise ball !! Very safe excercises !! Thumbs up !! I hurt my back 2 years ago but no pain at all. Recovering slowly. Thanks again guys!!
Thanks for clearing up lie and lay usage!! And the killer core exercises
Thank you ❤💯 Brad=strong like BULL 💪👏👏👏👏👍 Good job!!
Amazing! I have awful abs and really o/w used to have terrible sacro-ileac issues but they are resolved now I have had a ball for ages thanks for this! Now I know what to try, I am 57 in a couple of weeks :)
Thanks guys really like the visual, helps understand much better when you jump into it like you did. Great job, 🇨🇦
This is Mother of all Abs workout.😳
Dude! That was awesome. Going to try them all.
Wow, so inspiring. I have a recent back injury and have found your videos very helpful. I am wondering if you guys would consider making a video about how to make up your own gym routine (or home workout routine). For example, learning how to use the ball for these exercises is great technique knowledge but how do i incorporate it into routine? how many times do i do each exercise? I always am a bit stumped when it comes to lifting weights too... how do you know how many reps? sets? how much weight to lift? just some general guidelines, would you consider making a video like this?
Good work, Brad! Hope still being in that shape at your age 💪
Thank you!!!!❤
Damn look at him go!!! I do abt half of these.. Thanks for the new challenge
Wow Brad pretty damn impressive. Think you are just showing off 😁. How old are you Brad? Good shape buddy. Great vid be giving it a go tomorrow. 👏🏻👍🏻

Thank you! I watch you all the time.
Wowee, I've been a fan of the ball for a long while. I'd never seen some of these. All safe for women too? Awesome to see what can be done with a lil ole ball! ❤
Amazing. I am just coming out of a terrible back outtage. When I get completely over this..I know if I do just a tad of this and work up I won't go through such an episode! I know it's core weakness.
This guy is a beast! Dusting the ball off tomorrow.........right after coffee. 😊
I recently put my very old exercise ball out of its' misery. After watching this workout I'm anxious to get a new one. 👍
Please list out the core strengthening exercises for people with bulged discs and degenerated discs.

Great job guys I use my exercise ball to do my entire weight routine and I love anything to do with taking care of these great bodies we’ve been gifted with!! Thank you!!!🤗👍💕👌❤️
First time with my new ball, this is exhilarating!
Brad making it look easy!
Omgosh! You need to breathe 😂 your face is extremely red while doing your routine 😉😁
I❤️💯 you both. I learned more from you both than from my previous physical therapist or chiropractor. If it wasn't for the exercise/stretches for sciatica pain you teach in your videos, I would not be able to walk. Thank you ❤️💯🍷🇺🇸
Yer had a go. Omg. Brutal defo. 👏🏻👍🏻
Wow! Great job! Thank you!
That’s great. I can’t wait to try it. Good job Brad😃.
Always love their confidence..."the two most famous physical therapist"
In their own opinion of course
Great video! I have spondy as well, three years into recovery I have good days and bad and I do some of these exercises as well, but you showed some others that I will definitely integrate into my work out , Thank guys!
That's great!
You weren’t kidding - brutal! Wish I could do one of these exercises
can you explain why the crossed arm crunches help with back pain. I did it twice yesterday and it was magical
Hello guys, could you do a seated workout routine? Love your channel 😍
Wow. Just wow.
Great video but lm just picking a few and goin with that
Brad is indeed Strong Like A Bull! Amazing strength and stamina!
If you are having trouble gripping the ball (especially during those oblique crunches) maybe try deflating the ball to a slightly squishy state.
Awesome young boys😍
Brad's a beast
You are awesome
Thank you!!
I keep coming back to do this workout. Simple and challenging.
When you guys have worked with patients in the past, have they been able to get completely pain free? I am a young athlete and have been struggling to heal my spine for the past 4 years
I learned the "criss cross" tendon massage from them. I did it on my anterior tibialis tendon for 2 weeks and it's like new!
@@biancabernardo8410 yep cured my plantar fasciitis with tips from them - also my frozen shoulder never properly froze due to their exercises! My doctor was so impressed at the range of movement I retained !
He is really on the ball.
Yes! Great workout. Thank you!
Just to stay respectful of everyone you can say Pike instead of Teepee.
Okay I got about 3/4 through the way of this on my first attempt. It does look easy at first but past halfway I started to struggle
Bro! That was impressive!
Glad you enjoyed it
Who disliked this video??? I'll fight 'em! Lemme at 'em! You guys are awesome! Thank you!
Hello Bob & Brad, I wanted to know what are your thoughts on broken table crunches?
Hi bob and brad, is this advisable for people with tight hip flexors?
So these exercises are safe to do with a lumbar bulging disc?
Please send the name of workout
"You may not do all these the first time." Yeah, I'm pretty sure of that, Brad!
You guys are great! Can you please show some exercise to treat Anerolisthesis of L5 on S1 with bilateral L5 pars defects. This was my cat scan result months ago however, there is no way I can see a doctor right now and i have constant pain. Is there any exercise that actually help heal the situation other then get rid of the pain or inflamation? Thank you.
Hi I have herniate disc do I can do these exercise
"Here's the hards ones"...and I thought the previous ones to the 9mins mark were hard 😬
I’m 5’2”. What size ball do you recommend?
So Brad you really stopped spondy grade 2 with these exercises. Did the vertebrae move back at you?
Fabulous bnb
Beauty of the ball=beauty and the beast(Brad)! Awesome exercises..thanks much.
I need to do these . . . have to get a ball. Have no idea where I'm going to put it when I'm not using it.
I set mine on a wire frame floor basket or a yoga ring. Doesn’t look horrible. Thought about making faux fur cover but need to spend time exercising instead. Crazy energy workout here!
Wow!
This looks like it strengthens everything 😅
Uff, also fighting my spondyo... I Well done Brad! Next video Bob enters the arena...
I have two fused wrists due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. Are there any modifications to use with the ball exercises?
WOW!!!!!
You used to wrestle did you?
I am 5'10". Does it matter which size ball I use?
Anonymous I was curious about this too so I looked it up and looks like a 65 cm or medium size would be right
@@laurac881 Thanks
got my ball. i'm doing it. immediately
hampered only by intense muscle cramping, inner thighs. why does this happen?? have tried many remedies. some of them work, (potassium, magnesium, b vitamins, chelation works) but not for long.
Hahaha you look like you're having so much fun today
Please, please, please make a remix for your intro song
OMG! You're amazingly strong and awesome! I'm taking away all your exs to train my fragile girls;))
FYI: You can go wrong with an exercise ball. I have a 20" Golds gym one. I lost balance trying to do one of the exercises and slammed my head into a desk, ripping my forehead open.
Lucky you didn't fall on your ass and damage your brain then ;-)

Thanks for watching!
Look really dangerous. One slip and you'd strain your back.
Yes, it is definitely only for the aggressive type who enjoy a real challenge, with real benefits. I wish you Well. Brad
Think i'll spare my poofel valve thank any way
Thank you, these are fantastic!
