All I can say is that these three exercises work. In about 3 months, along with a fairly aggressive diet eliminating most carbs and sugar, I went from a 40 tight waist to a 38; and then in another 3 months I am now a 36. I am down 27 lbs and look and feel a lot better. Thanks guys, you were the motivators I needed.

I’ve lost 60 pounds. I learned to read the backs of bags and boxes and measure/weigh one serving size. It’s helped me to lose weight and learn how much to eat. At first, close to 300 pounds, every time I would walk I felt like I was dying. Losing the weight makes it easier. I can easily get 30 minutes of exercise with your slider! It’s easy on my arthritic knees. It gives me peace of mind because I am afraid of falling on ice and snow in the winter while walking.

I'd like to add that I am a 58 year-old British guy who weighed in at 15 stones in August last year. I moved to the Scottish Highlands to live with my sister and brother-in-law who are firmly on the Keto plan. My brother-in-law has lost almost four stones and now weighs about 12st 5lbs. I didn't want to go into full ketosis as I do like the occasional hot chocolate, and the odd fish and chip supper. However, I stopped snacking, cut out chocolate, sweets, biscuits, cakes, bread, pasta and rice. I can fully attest to the slimming power of cutting out sugar and carbs. I am now 12st 2lbs. My breathing is much easier - I no longer have sleep apnea. I find moving around is much easier, I have more energy and people are commenting on how great I look. My stomach has shrunk to a more realistic size so I no longer require big portions. My feet no longer hurt. The only drawback is that I have had to buy new clothes, but it hurts my wallet in a good way! I have found it hardest to get rid of my belly fat, as is the problem in most men, so I find these exercises most helpful. God bless you guys, keep it up!

So glad I found you....I was fit and nifty when fifty...but something happened around ‘L5’ all crushed whilst twisting; all pressing on a bunch of nerves....after a decade of trying everything pos’ but still in persistent pain , I finally gave up whilst waiting to see a spinal surgeon... I took to cradling my spine on a memory foam mattress and waited for help...Walking was making me feel like a 90yr old...Pressure felt like a bus was parked on my back...Had another MRI scan, but the surgeon ,my light at the end of the tunnel, did NOT have a solution for me!! Feeling finally defeated by the pain. Realising I have to resolve to living with this pain...Knowing that I will struggle like a 90 year old...I know the rest of my body has taken a knock from the effect of immobility, and now I have to attempt to try and care for what I can, exercise what I can,,ie. at least I have 4 limbs. even if I have to walk on all fours ‘cos the pressure on my back is too much when upright ,I have to try ! ,So a big thank you from me...xx
We're glad you suffer eachother for our benefit; and thank you for putting up with it all for us ;^) I also don't eat sugar anymore and that alone is amazing for overall health AND dental health!
I drive an 18 wheeler. I do that iso exercise using the mileage markers. I suck in the belly button, at the same time lifting my feet off the floor for one mile, then relax and do it again for another mile. I do this for 20 miles then totally rest. I have a 34" waist and maintaining. Great exercise.
Hee hee I've been driving ( my ol school camaro ) for YEARS and wirjinyout while driving! But if you pass by me driving an 18 wheeler 🌌😃 gonna def.keep in mind ,that there's a good chance youre doing a an ct yy6cexercise routine and get the heck off the closest exit😋💦😄😄😄‼️✨✨🌙

im a teenage boy with alot of self esteem issues, mainly with my abdominal fat, and ive been trying for YEARS to geet rid of it! and bonus, im from wisconsin too! thank you sooooo much man! new sub!
You'll notice a huge improvement on the tone of the muscles. Even with a belly, the muscles will benefit. It isn't meant to shrink the belly, but give strength and support the back as well. You got this!
Guys your video has come around again. This is a good reminder for me, I hold my stomach in while I am walking. I started counting my steps then between light poles. Now I find I do it subconsciously. But I do forget to do it, now I am back on track thanks heaps. oh it's 16/05/2022 a Monday in Ballarat Victoria Australia
Great ideas. I stay away from the gluten and dairy and sugar. Lost 25 lbs so far, in 3 months. I also watch my carbs. Some of the pasta alternatives are still too high with carbs even after taking into account the fiber. I still stay away. Salads and healthy veggies are my go to foods. Feeling better every day. Thanks guys for inspiration. Keep up the good work.
Untrue. There are people who live on bread & dairy--have done so for many generations--and are quite healthy. If you can't tolerate them, fine. As for the weight loss, you will probably gain it back in a year or two tops. Losing weight is hard, but it's the easiest part. Keeping it off is practically impossible. Also, diets cause eating disorders. Meat is healthy, too. Eat some. Just cut the soda, candy, fruit juice/smoothies, and processed vegetable oils. Do NOT put packaged salad dressing on your salad. Make your own salad dressing with extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil. Cook with butter, virgin olive oil, coconut oil or other animal fats. No crisco, wesson, etc. No margarine. Processed vegetable oils cause cancer and insulin resistance. Do NOT starve yourself. Don't expect to look like a model.
Thank you Bob and Brad. I will implement these IMMEDIATELY! 👍🏾 UPDATE: One session and down 1 inch🤯. I'm sure I'll have to always do these exercises to maintain the results, but who the heck cares!! They are so easy and take no time at all!! NEW SUBBIE😁 TYTYTYTY🤗🤩🤩🤩🤩
10:44 I was low carb for 25 years. I never lost weight. For years my weight stayed in a range of 171-178 lbs. Then it slowly went up to about 185-88. Then 5 years ago I started to rapidly gain weight. Went over 200 lbs. Hovering around 196 now. Low carb doesn't work for every body. A lot of people who went low carb corrected their metabolism by switching to Paul Jaminet's Perfect Health Diet. Got their carbs back up into the 150 gm./day range and saw the weight come off.
Could you please do this video without the table and with a full body view facing the camera as I cannot tell from watching it how to correctly do them. For example I don’t see if you lift your feet off the floor in the second exercise or just your heels and the other exercise are not well illustrated either from the side view. Thanks.
You are my best friends😍I love to listen to you talking, joking, laughing, being serious, charing instructions all with your friendly tone between you. Wanted to add, you really don't need to use any pressure applying device, you can just apply resistance with your hands, one or two sets of 10 second reps to the three excercizes and in less than two minutes you've really focused on those abbs. The twisty ones are cool.

Great inspiration
Well done!
Great exercises! Just what I wanted! Suggestion: List each exercise with name and simple description along with reps, etc as reference for user and user doesn’t have to view video repeatedly to write it down. 😉
They do want user having to view video repeatedly ;)
Rita Howe Just wanted to say that you're so beautiful! May God bless you!
That would be so helpful!💕
Yeah that would be super helpful ! !

Me and mom (80yrs old) were watching your videos. Y'all are awesome!
I’m so glad I found your channel. You both are amazing!
We're glad you suffer eachother for our benefit; and thank you for putting up with it all for us ;^)
I also don't eat sugar anymore and that alone is amazing for overall health AND dental health!
Hello Linda, how are you doing?
I hope you guys never stop.
There are Bad Teachers and Good Teachers.
I learnt a Lot in these 12mins and was very entertaining. Great work.
@@veronicagallo2035 I'll be watching for ya Veronic, we could run side by side down I80. LOL
Awesome!
Well done
Great! Good idea !
Thank you both for this awesome video. I’m 68 and try to exercise walk & daily. Definitely adding this to the exercises!
You guys are right about this. I'm achieving the same ends except it's done on the floor. Another is the "8 Minute Abs" version by Jaime Brenkus.
And in the diet aspect here, you are 100% correct.
Been following these guys for years. True healthcare professionals which have helped me for a long time now.
Beat of luck .
Thank You Bob and Brad For All Your Educational Videos.
im a teenage boy with alot of self esteem issues, mainly with my abdominal fat, and ive been trying for YEARS to geet rid of it! and bonus, im from wisconsin too! thank you
sooooo much man! new sub!
Love that Brad says "Be careful.", at the very end ! 😊😊
Soon be 70, been ketovore for several years. Will start these exercises to tighten stomach area. Thanks 👍
My belly is 53 inches around, might take a little longer than 3 weeks.
You'll notice a huge improvement on the tone of the muscles. Even with a belly, the muscles will benefit. It isn't meant to shrink the belly, but give strength and support the back as well. You got this!
Keto Diet and Intermittent fasting saved my life.
That was 3 months ago, what is it now??? I’m cheering for you!
@@1papester This morning it is 46 and 42 pounds gone on keto way of eating
@@tomthumb5445 FANtastic!🤩🤩🤩 Keep up the great work. You inspire me!
God bless you two for not taking yourselves too seriously. I find myself taking your advice a lot more just because of the delivery.
Ha ha ha, the chemistry between Bob & Brad is sublime. I had to look up that joke. lol
Amen, you cut sugars, bread, and starches alone, it will be a big difference. Lost 40 lbs doing this. Not a miracle just facts. Thank you, guys!
Fantastic video! Actually your USP is to see how authentic and honest your advice is. Truly encouraging! Thank you
I love how it ends...."Be Careful" then they both laugh! 😅 These guys are great!
First time watching you. I grew up in MN and went to college in Wisconsin. Your accents are so comforting! And great info, also! New Subscriber.
You guys are legends and have become part of my day, pretty much every day!! Thank so much! 🙂👍🏼✅💕
Gotta luv the internet & these guys. They share such invaluable information (it’s literally ridiculous).
the intro is everything
These guys are GOLD!! They need a TV show
Great ideas.
👍👍 Bob and Brad are the new Jack LaLanne! You guys should have a regular spot on tv to reach more people.
Every time I have a problem and I look it up it's always these guys. The're just so God damn good at what they do
I am now smiling and my entire mood has lifted
I did these and I do feel a definite burn!! These are great for me because I have had back problems.
That intro IS EVERYTHING! ❤️😂
Thank you Bob and Brad. I will implement these IMMEDIATELY! 👍🏾
UPDATE: One session and down 1 inch🤯. I'm sure I'll have to always do these exercises to maintain the results, but who the heck cares!! They are so easy and take no time at all!! NEW SUBBIE😁 TYTYTYTY🤗🤩🤩🤩🤩
This was my experience as well. Literally tried it once and saw results the next day. Excited to see where this goes.
@@LovethosePNWVibes That's amazing. Did you lose any more since then?
You truly are going to be the best in the industry.
10:44 I was low carb for 25 years. I never lost weight. For years my weight stayed in a range of 171-178 lbs. Then it slowly went up to about 185-88. Then
5 years ago I started to rapidly gain weight.
Some people think they eat low carb but they eat too much fruit and vegetables.
You need adequate carbs for your brain
@@geraldinetoughey9622 Not really. Where's the science behind that?
Could you please do this video without the table and with a full body view facing the camera as I cannot tell from watching it how to correctly do them. For example I don’t see if you lift your feet off the floor in the second exercise or just your heels and the other exercise are not well illustrated either from the side view. Thanks.
Thank you for these videos! You helped me so much when I was recovering from shoulder impingement after a fall.
Two great guys who are funny because they try to be funny but just plain aren't. They're just plain nice, smart and devoted. Love you great guys!
Quit sugar and carbs and lost 45 pounds at 61 years old! Thanks for the exersizing tips!
You are my best friends😍I love to listen to you talking, joking, laughing, being serious, charing instructions all with your friendly tone between you. My body is getting stronger and more flexible, my posture is better, pain is mostly gone. And to meet you and ”hang out” make me feel so happy! Thank you lovely Bob and Brad for everything you share, give and teach.❤️
I hope you will continue together! You have always been talking rather fast. I do hope you find a way to combine Brads talking speed with the slower way Bob now needs to talk. Life is life and you are an example on how everything is possible when you adjust to What your body is able to.
I hope you understand the importence of just you two. The energy between you is there no matter how much one of you are speaking. Your friendship and coworking continue the marvellous feeling you create by being together. Lots of love! Katrin❤️❤️
Done lots of exercise, quite a few isometric exercises, but I never tried these before. These are very effective, extremly time effective. Thanks!
Wanted to add, you really don't need to use any pressure applying device, you can just apply resistance with your hands, one or two sets of 10 second reps to the three excercizes and in less than two minutes you've really focused on those abbs. The twisty ones are cool.
Are they holding their breath when they do the exercises?
I don't hold my breath, good luck.
@@kurtszabo2355 Thank you!
❤️ you happy positive guys! I have to drop by quite regularly for great info and an uplift.
So good to hear you talking about cutting down on carbs. Wonderful advice. Eat more meat/protein and non starchy veg and you'll feel fab.
Absolutely correct Jenny. Cut down or eliminate Bread, Rice, Potatoes and sugar including fruit juice. 😉
