I'm confused. 1) In at least two other videos, you said to never do sit-ups, but Brad begins this video by saying that he does his sit-ups every day. 2) Also in two other videos, you said to never twist and flex the spine, but one of the exercises here involves twisting and flexing the spine. I have watched your videos for a while, like a few years. And I just love the fact, even after years of videos, you shoot unscripted. Just a general idea. No plan to throw the dialogue back and forth. It's like it's great information, and I learn stuff, but it's also like watching an SCTV sketch.
Love you guys! But there's no studies showing that "carbs", exclusive of calorie deficit or surplus, impacts your weight. All about calories. Controlled feeding studies consistently show it.
You guys are phenomenal. Something you could mention with this routine for golfer is that it WILL add distance to your drives, and improve your accuracy with all your clubs. I can hardly believe how much this has improved my game. I’m 72 years old and my carry distance is now consistently around 235. Thank you soooooo much.

Why do people always think the latest diet trend is the best one? There's a reason these diets come and GO. And we're living in crazy times. This isn't the time to eat the diet most trending on crazy social media.

Here's another suggestion: Do real time workout videos with your videos. I like the walking ones yes! But I have a playlist of your videos that I like to do, but they aren't in real time and I wish they were. It doesn't have to be you guys doing the real time, you can use some of the other personalities (Alex and Mike) from the Bob and Brad crew and you could link the real time videos to the informational videos. Just a thought.🙂 Whether you take this suggestion or not, I'm a fan. Keep it up! 🙂

I have my food cheat days too: Monday is cheese, Tuesday is rice, Wednesady is pasta, Thursday is pizza, and Friday is wine cheat day. I'm not losing weight yet :-)
These look great but sadly I don't have resistance bands/wall anchors. Any other options or would the movement without the bands still be beneficial? Great videos, so happy a friend suggested I visited your site, loads of great content.
You can get bands that have a small rubber or plastic ball in a pocket in one end of a band and you just close a closet door, for instance so the ball is caught on the top of the other side of the door. Works anywhere. You can do it! 🤗
Ok guys,,, so Who has wall anchors? I don't, and now many of the videos are done with wall anchors. I have weights, and a floor mat. I always watch you guys, and sing the jingle, LOL

Bread is hard to give up, but if you reply that we really need to, then we will. Hard to do but have back pain and want to strengthen the core! God bless you both!
Great video! Although I don’t watch every single one, I often search for specific PT issues, and have referred numerous people to you! I had to got to PT for a broken and messed up hand. First, I looked at all your hand videos. I even showed the baby Physical Therapist a few, but he just rolled his eyes. Well, guess what? Your exercises helped me heal after my sessions ran out. I chose not to get a new referral. You two are THE BEST! ❤️👍🏽👍🏽❤️

I always tell ppl about you guys cause think you’re both terrific... However, while looking forward to this video for abs... I don’t have YOUR wall anchors ( nor permitted to put on walls; if I used a band on my door knobs they’d slide off & for the 3rd exercise where do I attach the band so it’s that high????? Wow, locked up re: COVID , convalescing from brain surgery, trying to get rid of Lyme’s & after 4-5 yrs of not drinking ANY soda,having bread maybe 2x/week... I’m OverCOVIDED my diet esp since I don’t have control over food here. Any suggestions?

Rice rest ice compress (ace bandage or support-no too tight) and elevate. You may need to be seen if it doesn’t get better. If you can safely try an otc anti inflammatory as directed on the bottle.
Only keep ice on for 20 minutes at a time, wait another 20 minutes, ice for 20, not for 20. You can hurt yourself if you constantly have ice or heat on. Elevate. Also please see a doctor. If something happened it's easier to fix now than try to correct something that healed wrong.

Get an xray.
Get ice and apply to the area. If they are swollen you have damage. It may take a long while to heal.
