You are, in my opinion, the best out there. I always come back to you after all these years. It is just the way you instruct. I have been doing yoga for quiet some time and looking for minimal instruction and beyond beginner level. In your catalog where would I find this?

Hi Charlotte! Thank you so much. I'm glad you signed up for Yoga Upload Plus. On the catalog page, click on the "Filters" on the upper left. One of the filters is "Level" and you can look at the Strong Beginner/Intermediate and Intermediate/Advanced for classes that are beyond beginner level.
