Every year, every team hopes and prays they can have a ball hawk like Reed! This dude just had "it"! A definite student of the game! Many of his interceptions were from physical football talent but most of them were cerebral interceptions! A very prepared player! Definitely one of my all time favorites!

I remember when Ed Reed missed 7 games and still ended up with 7 interceptions the end of the season. Ed Reed to me is the best safety of all time. Ed Reed was basically Baltimores Offensive player. He was the one that helped them get field position and score points.

I love how Ed thought he could return every int for a touchdown. Guy had like 1600 yards running back picks in his career. You can tell he loved to play the game. Might be players as good as Ed Reed, but no one is better than Ed Reed.
