It's totally different, this one has cross dissolves for all the transitions whereas it was originally just straight forward cuts, creates a completely different atmosphere, the jokes land a lot more smoothly.
I remember watching Vic and Bobs lucky carpet on Just for Laughs when it was on Channel 4, first time I had seen them and I laughed my socks off, so if they ever read this there was at least one person that found it funny!
