Honestly, he looks so good doing literally everything. I bet he could have made an NFL roster in multiple positions. His hands were so good, not only do I think he would have excelled at Strong or Free Safety, I think he could have played cornerback with his hands, instincts and speed. With his closing speed and hard hitting physical style, I think with some bulking up he would have been a great small outside linebacker. Also with his speed, lateral agility, great hands and moves, I think he could have been ok at running back. One of the most physically talented players i I have ever seen.
@@tommycarpiniiii8637 Hands=Can catch really well. Seems important for a guy playing in the secondary. So, not only is his hair flowing, his hands are buttery soft. 😁
It’s the Samoan in him. We’re known for Great tacklers across 3 different football running codes. Rugby League, Rugby Union & the NFL. Built for this & we love it
Wouldn't it be cool if all of us who played both HS and College if someone took the time to go through all of our games to pick out all of our great hits?? Man.... I was born about 8 years too early!!!! LOL
Once in a generation player.
Incredible athlete 🙌🇼🇸🇦🇸

You’re obsessed with his hands

A legend in the making
God, he was incredible.
Great job on the highlight video
One of my all-time favorite players who played for 2 of my favorite teams (like Lynn Swann). Best instinctual, all-around safety I’ve ever seen.
Polamalu's tackling technique is flawless, and he was as strong as hell.

Rugby Leagues Top 3 Greatest Tacklers/Hitters are all of Samoan descent. Steve Matai, Jorge Tafua & Sonny Bill Williams. Watch those 3 act the fool
Never seen these highlights

In college? Maybe a little bit. In the NFL? No, he's not overrated, he deserved to be a first ballot HOF.
