Is that a diss on ST? He would’ve been a HOF if his life wasn’t cut short. He played more than two seasons and was the most feared safety in football. No accomplished safety could hold a candle to Sean. You need to respect.
Sean Taylor was a great safety in both college and the pros. If he lived, he was on his way to a Hall Of Fame career. Sean Taylor was backup safety on that 2001 national championship team to the greatest safety in both college and the pros in Ed Reed, the Pro football Hall of Famer. Ed Reed led the nation in interceptions and interceptions returned fir touchdowns. Ed Reed should have been named the Defensive player of the year and a Heisman candidate. Sean Taylor was the 2nd greatest Hurricanes safety and college safety. Imagine a team with both Ed Reed and Sean Taylor as team mates.
If Sean was coming to tackle you, it wasn't going to feel nice, ever. He seemingly gave every hit his all. Some POS's had to go and shoot such a talent and probably a good guy. He definitely left his mark on football, even with his little experience. No other DB was more feared in my opinion.
Still ain't been a safety this good or who even remotely looks like this till this day. This guy was big as a linebacker hit like a linebacker and moved lik a wide receiver
NCAA Football needs to come out with where you can play as an all time greatest college team. All time Hurricanes with Ray Lewis warren sapp Sean Taylor Ed reed Andre Johnson & Reggie Wayne🤯🤯
Still my favourite football player of all time. RIP Sean T. God Bless
The fact he is able to put together a 15 minute highlight reel as a safety who only played 2 seasons is insane.
And free safety at that!!

Sean Taylor.should be in the hall of Fame even though we got a glimpse of what he was about on the field..that is good enough for me
Still hasn’t been a safety as great as Sean Taylor. A lot of haters out there too for some reason but they are just ignorant kids who didn’t see him
200th like for this video. No doubt Sean would be on his way to the HOF right now if things had been different. Just a tragic loss so sad.
I love you Brother #ripeace 26 God at safety but still the greatest running back I’ve ever witnessed I swear
Still ain't been a safety this good or who even remotely looks like this till this day. This guy was big as a linebacker hit like a linebacker and moved lik a wide receiver
Goat🐐🐐
That hit at 13:08 rocked the sideline
Chris Rix probably still has nightmares about Miami. I’ve never seen a team psychologically own a player the way Miami owned Rix.
The BEST FS/SS ever!!!! God broke the mold with ST! RIP brother
Miss you Sean
He definitely should have been the #1 overall pick in the 2004 draft. No player in the nation was better.
He wasn’t even the best safety in the draft, Bob Sanders was, get off the hype train buddy.
@@Max-wd6og you’re an idiot if you think bob (never healthy) sanders was better lmao. Sean was clearly better all around
@@Max-wd6ogCap
@@Max-wd6ogLoved Bob, but he was not better. Especially in college.
In the Orange Bowl, we'd find an opposing fan and scream "SAY HELLO TO MY LIL FRIEND!" when he made a play. Those were some fun times in Miami.

RIP Sean Taylor! You were the best hitter that I ever seen!
Sean was so good he stole manority of the interseptions fron the corner backs lol
🙌 as a canes fan I can't even describe. That cartwheel hit vs FSU is burned in my brain for eternity. My favorite hit ever. RIP
Disrespectful way to end the highlight reel smh
Cameron Eric Amory right
Hold the ball he got ripped
9:55 is just INSANE RIP Sean T.
Derrick Henry at Safety!!!!!
Sean Taylor smacked that Florida WR coming over the middle! Did you see that?
I haven't seen a better safety since Sean Taylor. The only safety up there with Sean Taylor was Ed Reed. Miami reps!
Grrstest olayer at the U hands down
Can’t believe he didn’t win the Thorpe smh. 🙌🏽🙏🏽
11:47 😳 he made that big boy look real small
Not the best safety ever the best player in the history of football.
For sure the best safety, and that’s in only 2 years of playing. But Julius peppers and Charles Woodson are the Best I’ve ever seen
Do kellen Winslow jr
