      @Jason Wright its really not that dumb to compare the two but I'll agree to disagree, as the commenter before pointed out, Polamalu leads Reed by a small margin on sacks and forced fumbles. But Reed has him beat by a mile on Ints and fumble recoveries and also touchdowns. Reed was far better at blocking kicks and punts, and an overall better player. Always been a huge titans/oilers fan. Troy Polamalu was my favorite defensive player ever. I watched one game where he caught an interception by a diving one handed scoop before the ball fell to the turf and was amazed by the guy every game.

    • @SeemsLogical
      @SeemsLogical 2 месяца назад

      That catch was against my Chargers. It was technically a completed pass to Vincent Jackson who bobbled it, then got the ball knocked out of his grasp by another Steeler. As the ball escaped his grasp, Troy dove over and around the flailing Vincent Jackson and if you zoom in on his catch you will see that his knuckles are 3 inches from the ground when his fingertips grip the ball. It was such a miniscule window for him to make that grab and he pulled it off.
      I still remember my immediate reaction was disbelief. Then upon watching the replay I said out loud "I can't even be mad. That was the most insane interception I have ever seen." And it still is.

    I’m telling you, that hair was a beacon to send and receive otherworldly messages. The longer it got, the better he got. Did God and Jesus have short hair? I think not. Damn you Polamalu

      Wearing a rope is not bright , always loved when he had the ball cheering for someone to tear his head down to the ground

    Ike Taylor is one of my favorite Steelers. I went to a preseason game once and he was the only player to come over to fans and gave his gloves to kids it was awesome!!! Class act and great player.

    As a diehard Browns fan since 1976. Troy Polamalu by far is legend. The guy was the biggest threat ANY TEAM had to factor in when setting up an offensive play scheme.
    Way ahead of his time.
