      I actually wrote a letter to the hall following Chris Kluwe's uniform alteration years back. As a fan I had simply assumed he was in and the more I researched the more absurd it had become that he wasn't in. I've never wrote a letter for a player despite some players I felt deserving of being in the Hall Guy was the first one I became incensed to get in. I imagine a lot of fans did that very act considering the momentum finally worked his way!!!

    • @Later_Nerd
      @Later_Nerd 9 месяцев назад +5

      @@Gungho73Adam Vinatieri should definitely get in here soon too. Guy was absolutely automatic when it mattered most and is responsible for some of the most legendary moments from the last 2 decades of football.
      Kickers and Punters can play a big role. Good enough play from special teams can get you a win with two evenly matched teams. I'm a Seahawks fan and am fortunate enough to get to watch one of the best Punters in the league in Michael Dickson. There's been games where I've seen this man hit 4 huge punts in a row. Pinning them inside the 20 or booming a 60+ yarder with no return. While the defense struggled, Dickson quietly carried some games by forcing the opposing offense to drive the length of the field over and over.
      It's the sort of thing that more casual fans don't appreciate. But Kickers can win games and Punters can seriously swing the momentum of a game.

      Tbf he was kicking it pretty damn close. Kicking it into that small of a target is stupid hard and his joints probably just started giving out. (Growing old sucks)

      @@DaniotheManio5 they should've made the coffin bigger for him lmao having to fake it as a legend punter is kinda wack

      It’s a wood coffin, the only way to make it go in would be to bounce it in I feel like. No way in a million tries it would just sit in that coffin from a 40-50 yard punt ya know?

    First comment. Peyton shoulda been a punter. Woulda been good at the fakes too. Steve Spurrier was a QB/P/K. Helped his Heisman too.

    Great chemistry between these two. They are such opposites but play off each other well.
    I was always more of a Brady guy. But after retirement Peyton has become one of my favorite sports personalities. Love how he doesn't take everything so seriously.
