Railfanning NC: July 2023 (Ft. NS 911 & 5642, Amtrak 164, 46, and Amtrak P32-8BWH)

This is the July installment of my Railfanning N.C. Series. In this episode, you will see several normal Amtrak crescent and Carolinian trains, the NS first responders train, a whopping four appearances by Amtrak 164 (the Phase IV Heritage unit), on both 20 and 80, Amtrak 46 (The Phase V “Heritage” unit), a rare Amtrak Dash 8 (P32-8BWH) under power on northbound crescent 20, and a rare meet in Salisbury with both amtrak 19 and 20.
