The is only thing that really interests me - how much insulation this house has - walls, ceiling and floor? If it's not well-insulated it's just a nice looking shed.
Insulation is per county building code standards- same as any other home build. This is the same as any other custom home build, just smaller. So it goes through every step of the building process from building permit, to multiple county inspections to a final inspection in order to issue a certificate of occupancy. If you’d like more specs on the insulation you’ll need to check with Sevier county TN building dept on what they require for new construction home. But what I will say, is I know energy inspection is a stand alone inspection per their process which is when they inspect the insulation to ensure it meets code
Fridge needs to be flush w the wall or built into it. It removes access to the one cabinet below which btw has none above and it removes what counter soace there already isn’t. This ruins the beautiful huge living space. No cabinets really??
I like the space, but no bedroom or pricing. I hate the fireplace & baby fan. Not really into stainless appliances & vessel sinks either. This would’ve been better if you stuck to simple fixtures instead of modern ones. You’re headed in the right direction, just keep cabin living simple. Please add a bedroom & more storage. However it is a lovely start.
Thanks for reaching out! I believe this address has found a buyer, but Carly has another great tiny home being built right now! If you'd like more information, please reach out to Carly via the email address in the description

No bedrooms, no storage, a humongous back deck which wouldn’t be used, don’t see anything special with that end piece of land with chairs on it. I like the fireplace but don’t like where you put it. Is it insulated, why don’t builders ever give us a general price of their homes? Do we own the land, or do you own the land? What is the monthly lot rent and how often will you raise the price?
Goofy set up. Wood everything which is rustic then some modern sink in the bathroom…fridge just up against the wall, no storage or cabinets and where do you sleep?
Beautiful tiny home. Personally, I'd put a real woodstove in there for those cold nights we get up here in Canada.

Can you imagine having to keep up with the maintenance of all that wood, outside especially since it’s going to wear fast from the weather.
No storage in the kitchen or anywhere, very impractical for everyday living. One cupboard in the bathroom doesn't equal 'tons' of storage!!
Missing the bedrooms.
Yo need STORAGE!!
Is it insulated?
Yes, per county building code standards and also inspected by the county in order to move forward with the next step in the building process.
F+ on kitchen or lack thereof Bummmer
Great job. How is all that. Guessing. $300-400k
