I think they’re all pretty, but number two since my needs. I’m alone and senior so I have to have a porch lol and a large shower. That’s my opinion you asked for lol thank you for the tour. It was very enjoyable.
BOTH OF YOU… THANKS A MILLION!!!!! I’ve been dying to get to that lot to look at their homes. And you just gave a wonderful no nonsense tour! Thank you thank you thank you. I’ve been following tiny homes for about 24 years! Pricing skyrocketed wi the last 5yrs or so. We need to bring affordability back!! I will look at your videos and learn about what you do. Thank you both!
#20 wide is my favourite. The space is fantastic. Don’t want to feel like you are living in a dorm room. Important features storage space, washer and dryer, tall ceilings, and decorations. They need to get ride of the black and white circular tile decorations. #27 under 399 sq feet was absolutely beautifully decorated. The fireplace on the deck was a dream design. If you are looking for design ideas I would suggest Innerscene’s virtual sun or sky skylight for the bunkers. They have a virtual sun and sky that looks real and the sun can move across the sky mimicking a real sun to create a circadian rhythm.
I really enjoyed this - I also think it's great for a business owner to demonstrate how they're trying to innovate through inspiration. It's an example of how you're focused on improving. I get the most value out of videos like this and the philosophy videos of why you do one thing versus another. Cabin 5 (the last one, the least expensive one) was probably the most relevant to bunker design. I really appreciated how it had different clear "zones", and how there was a closet tucked away behind the kitchen. You really don't need a wide kitchen usually. I think you should also check out high-end RVs.
I don’t know my phone went crazy so it’s not dictating properly. I have to have a door in the shower. I want got a fight with the shower curtain and the shower and the shower curtain won…😵💫
Absolutely loved the nicer ones with the porches built in! Especially loved the one near the end of your tour that was predominantly White inside and also had a bathroom with an actual Tub! Love a tub!!!
Pumicecrete is by far the best building material on the planet Pumicecrete is a mixture of pumice cement and water mixed and poured into a set of reusable forms walls are poured from 12"to 24" thick pumicecrete is fireproof termite proof rust rot and mold proof non toxic and has a high R value and good sound attenuation solid poured walls means no critters can live in your walls Pumicecrete can be built for a fraction of the cost and time and pumice is one of the few building materials that can go directly from the mine to the job site ready to use without any additional possessing and zero waste Take care Ray
Been to this place! Realy NICE homes! Almost bought one a few years back. Make sure the state you want it delivered to is "legal". Buy one with NO PORCH. Add on what you want later!
Have you ever been in a IKEA? Ever the fake windows in their setups? Big flat lights that evenly distribute the light, and maybe shear curtains covering them allowing light to pass, but to keep up the illusion that it’s a fake window? How cool would it be to do a tiny home design and incorporate fake windows to make it feel like less of a shelter? You could even take away some of that underfloor storage and relegate it to the back and have to floor go up where the bedroom and bathroom is to put the utilities. Maybe even think of 5th wheel RV designs where the ceiling is tall in the living room, then the floor goes “up” to allow for the goose neck. You may also be able to incorporate a loft like they do instead.
Is it possible to take one of these complete cabins, windows, decks, and all, and fully enclose it inside one of your shelters, with its interior, in turn painted a nice sky blue or with a woodland mural, possibly with some sort of LED lighting effect to simulate daylight? It would be amazing to have an underground bunker with the look and feel of an aboveground cabin in the woods!
@Atlas Survival Shelters, What I would like as a retired chef is an amazing kitchen and freezer off solar. Sometimes it’s nice not to have to eat crap out of a can or bag. You can do a pretty decent indoor garden in less than 20 Sq ft. with led lighting running off solar too. I would do hydroponics as I have been growing hydroponically for the last 20 years. Only issue I could see though would be the extra demand on water. We have off grid earthships here in New Mexico and they have a rain water collection system than can collect and store water for up to a year. Just because it’s a bunker doesn’t mean you will be using it during a nuclear winter. Passive water collection would be a bonus. I’m just dreaming though and probably could never afford one. Good stuff as always Ron!
That's a good idea, I probably won't ever get one either but thinking of designs is always entertaining. I don't want to even think what the shipping costs would be to get a bunker where I am (hint: Texas is a little too hot and small for me). One thing I've not seen anyone do, which confuses me, is bury some fuel, water, and waste tanks along side the bunker and plumb them in. Just for $ and storage issues, I'd leave the fuel and water tanks empty until things go worse then they are now, but that would give you quite a bit extra surge capacity if it came down to it. Also, thanks for mentioning the hydroponics, I'm checking out your videos on that next, been wanting to start some in my new place.
You should look into aquaponics if you are already doing hydroponics. Done properly there isn't a 'fishy' smell and could provide extra protein in a survival situation. The fish are mainly to provide the needed nutrients for the plants and the plant scraps can feed the fish if you use tilapia.
I love #22 - the pinkish one. I love the side entry with wrap-around porch because the lack of a front door gives you more room on porch for furniture, etc. I love the large porch because you could screen it in and put a door on the side... inside i love the kitchen in the front, the large livingroom area with high ceilings and the big bedroom with high ceilings too. Plus the price is good..
I also like number 28 an I like that it's two bedrooms in it plus two bathrooms. I have watched some of your videos on the bunkers that you do an I really like that you make them feel like a home on the inside! Because if something bad was to happen and you had to be inside of the bunker for awhile you want it to feel like your home an not a sterile shelter. Keep up the great work that you do and I can't wait for your new videos to come out! Your fan Leonard from North Carolina!!!
I like the idea of making a second floor so you can have a taller sitting area and at the same time, gain some space for children to play, or just to store more stuff. In exchange for digging the hole a little deeper, you gain almost double the floor space and you don't have to build more foundation. I'd love to see how much more it would cost just to add some height and another floor. Hope you're doing well btw!
OK RON, i prefer the second to lat home . the 17x64 foot model. its the newton xl 952 sq ft one. i went to the website and looked at the printable floor plans as you toured them. im a 65 year old man married to 35 year old steffy (so ill be using the bedroom for more than "sleeping" (wink, wink). what i would do is put 2 bunkers side by side and and cut out the sections for the living room and dinning room. do it on the drawing board first so you know where to add reinforcing. make them in 2 pieces to set close to the hole, bolt them together and weld em up, then add the outside coating and move them to the hole. i purchased 2 53 foot refer trailers (already insulated (for $4,000 each delivered) . i added 15 inch tall trusses lengthwise down the floor.(a 5 gallon bucket will just fit) then cut the plywood into panels so i can lift a panel to access what ever bucket i desire. in one trailer i had a 15 inch wide (deep) shelving unit from side to side to store boxes of medical supplies, and same in the other trailer except to hold #10 cans.then 27 inch wide wooden shelving units down both sides on 1 of the trailers. just 2 trailers are 16x53 which is just 1 foot narrower and 13 foot shorter than that mobile home in your video. i hope to one day get a back hoe and did a deep enough hole to pour a slab, park the trailers on the slab (55 gallon barrels will fit nicely under a semi trailer) place a form against the trailers and pour a 2 foot thick concrete wall all around the trailers. but have at least 10 trailers wide. between every 2 trailers put columns made of concrete filled hollow blocks and eventually pour 2 foot of concrete over the top and then at least 4 foot of dirt on top of that and then plant an orchard in the dirt! just a dream for the future. currently the 2 trailers are parked in a concrete SILAGE PIT ON AN OLD FARM.
The last one is livable for a single person especially if you are living with a physical disability, however I would take a loft for storage and a lower bedroom ceiling. Without the loft space there’s absolutely no storage options for extras like seasonal clothing & items. It’s small but a full kitchen and livable on one level. Definitely would add a porch, outside space is important for peace of mind.
I honestly love the idea of a mini home with a large loft area, with everything under it being a simple bathroom w/walk-in shower; a single wall space to fit W/D, and enough cabinets to work as a full closet; and a simple "bedroom w/walk-in closet" that I can turn into an office with a recording booth.
None of them will have stand up lofts. They have height restrictions for delivery. That's as tall as the loft will ever be. Not to mention, it would exceed square footage limits and make it more than 399 sq ft.
The 74k one is perfect for me. But even a teardrop camper would suit me, as long as I got a place to sleep, cook, shower, eat, and have a computer, and it's tall enough for a 6ft man. Teardrops are usually too low, though.
G'Day Ron, great content mate and that one you said was pink @8 minutes is actually called Salmon. Lots of nice looking small homes and decent sized ceilings as well. Stay safe Ron I first thought you were looking for a small home to put over one of your bunkers lol. You have not done that yet.
I need you to tour something like a 12×36 or 12×40 with gamblers roof, double lofts, (bedrooms) 1 bathroom and 1 downstairs bedroom.....lol. That is going to be a future purchase for us!
I love #11, I like the porch on 6 and don't mind the fireplace. I love 12 for the space that it has but would need to paint the outside to match #11. my favorite would have to be #20
Well, I’m watching you from southern Alberta Canada and I love that log house One the most and the one was the fireplace on the deck. I like that one there was two of them I like the layout I know anyways❤
Quit selling your babies and giving them away bc of the drug habit ! Only had 4/or 5 and have not raised 1 of them!! Sad the shoe fits wear it you know who I'm talking to
First tome seeing one of your videos. I'm going to watch this again and write down what I like in each home. Mu mom and dad bought a storage shed decades ago and turned it into a home. It became a fad and suddenly everyone was doing it. 🤣
I think they are very expensive was going to come up there and look but you saved me wasted time think I’ll look at sheds you finish off yourself but they are all lovely would love any one of those but I’m only gonna have about 35k I can’t touch those thank you for showing them ❤👍
I had an idea for the bunkers: if you add a little hump to the top or the top of the side wall to the bunkers, you can fit a parabolic mirror and a high CRI lamp pointing at it to collimate the light. add to that a slowly pivoting mount, you can have artificial sunlight
Like the kitchen in #40, Like #24, Like #27(don't care for the outside color, no loft)❤💜#11, Like #93, #6, ❤#12, ❤💜#20, 💜#28 Enjoyed the tour! Did good!
I wish I could have seen more. I love the 1st 2. And the ones with the porch and fireplace. The log Cabin was cute on the inside side. I didn’t like the wood look and color in the outside. I love that they were 399 Sq Ft also. Wish I was in Texas.!
Because I'm downsizing, I prefer all the smaller homes. The entrance porches and living room fireplaces are welcome features on these cottages. I also prefer the homes with angled kitchens and built in hallway desks.
It’s # 17 for me and I’d add an addition in the master with a door where that window is for a closet/dressing room about the same size as the front porch. I see there’s already a pantry, so I’d find a stand up freezer that would fit beside a stackable washet/dryer in the hall. Definately no built in entertainment center. Maybe move the front door over if that would allow me an apartment sized L shaped couch without sacrificing the bar. 🤔 Maybe make it look like 3 French doors with 2 actually stationary.
Like the floor plan and the early 60s they had a mobile home that was bought for $30,000 and we thought that was a surprise to hit the roof. Wow if you like the high price prices it’ll get higher. It’s up to the Democrats.
Another must have its windows that open. Because the prices of electricity, these days, if the Democrats win the election, we won’t have any electricity.
You talk about price, When I moved to Central Texas in 2004, I built a custom 3br/2ba house with an oversized garage w/small workshop on 1/4 acre with an 8' privacy fence for $83,800. Wasn't in the middle of nowhere, either. I was 5 minutes from work at Ft. Hood. Now that I just retired, I'm looking at something like this, and I'll probably put a bunker under it. Have to decide where.
What I've seen, they may be tiny homes, but they still have a big price. But these one seem quite reasonable. I'd love to put one of these over one of your bunkers!
Howdy howdy I live in Oklahoma just moved from Texas about 3 years ago I love tiny homes they are beautiful some are little pricey however this is on a personal level you're breathing I don't know if you've ever seen a doctor for it but you might want to consider it just an observation for your health
You should do the walkthroughs on all tiny homes. You get down to the facts and don't over fluff everything, I like that!
100% !!!
Greatpri ce❤
I think they’re all pretty, but number two since my needs. I’m alone and senior so I have to have a porch lol and a large shower. That’s my opinion you asked for lol thank you for the tour. It was very enjoyable.
Fits me,too

He's not the business owner. Here's the company RUclips channel run by RRC sales manager Mike Timmons.
Now don’t forget the price that’s quoted is without the taxes.

I love watching these house tours, to get ideas for what I would or wouldn't have when I design & build my own house.
Absolutely loved the nicer ones with the porches built in! Especially loved the one near the end of your tour that was predominantly White inside and also had a bathroom with an actual Tub! Love a tub!!!
16:49 ❤❤yuppers 😊 A walk in closet was the best.

Can we buy these
#20 is my absolute favorite!

# 6 and #35 for me solo..like the walking closets and w/dryer hidden...love the black n white tiles

not in any of his shelters, but it would be possible in a custom concrete bunker.
Take it easy Gracie you’re killing us with the camera wave. Lol. Thank you.

Looks like one of the solutions to affordable housing
I really liked the first house for the kitchen tucked into the end of the building. Very functional. 😊
My favorite was the log cabin looking one. Thanks for sharing.
Hey Ron, can you film more bunker interior videos? These are the type of videos I need to watch before bed
I also like number 28 an I like that it's two bedrooms in it plus two bathrooms. Can't make them any taller than they already are due to height restrictions.
Yes 12 is definitely number one 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 23:22
😊 I like #28 with the 2bdrms and 2baths!!the price also fits!!😊. There were several others like 6,12,16, and 20 that was quite charming.😊
Oh, I like the kitchen in the little blue one.
Im dying to see your Atlas bunker! Thank you for doing these videos ..Its giving lots of inspiration to people like me!
OK RON, i prefer the second to lat home . the 17x64 foot model. its the newton xl 952 sq ft one.

#20 is livable full time. Second log cabin for weekend get away.
I like the loft space. The drawers built into the stairs is a nice touch. My Wife requires the walk in closet.
The last one is livable for a single person especially if you are living with a physical disability, however I would take a loft for storage and a lower bedroom ceiling. I loved all the woodwork in number 3! It would look great decorated in bears and moose decor!!! 🫎
thank you so much for posting this, your awesome.
Our pleasure!
Really good tour. Quick and to the point. Lol. I like that.😊
Show those that have stand up lofts. Seniors 😊will steer clear of 😊low ceilings.
I’m a senior, and I stay clear of steps.
None of them will have stand up lofts. They have height restrictions for delivery. That's as tall as the loft will ever be. Not to mention, it would exceed square footage limits and make it more than 399 sq ft.
Those breaker box cabinets are a great idea. I should measure my breaker box and do that in my house.
I really liked the one with the large porch and the bar at the kitchen window.
My fave too!
I absolutely love these little mini homes. They look so comforting and relaxing. I want to get one so bad
Yes, I sure did enjoy it but like that wonder why you making those but bombs shelters live in Canada you don’t need those peaceful people here
I’ve always had the idea of putting a tiny “ugly” house, on top of my dream bunker. 👍🏼
be ideal to sit on top of your bunker on a bit of private land
My thoughts exactly.
Mine too
20 is my favorite. I would love to find a lot that already has the utilities ready to go, but I think that is like finding gold.😂
Quit selling your babies and giving them away bc of the drug habit ! Only had 4/or 5 and have not raised 1 of them!! Sad the shoe fits wear it you know who I'm talking to
The 2nd one is my favorite. THE Platnium!!
Yep, #24! I love it! And #20 for a bigger one!
My favorite is the log cabin with the exterior fireplace.
Number 11 the colors are grand, bring her to this poor ol lady, would really be thrilledf
Love 12 our favorite, we are looking for one to live in. However we are in Nova Scotia Canada but enjoyed your show
#11- like the width. Loft don’t care for. Thanks for info.
Yes I do enjoy the tour
20:55 Cabin 12 for me.. That extra width is needed.. 782 sqft.. sweet spot
Yes I enjoyed this ! TFS
Ron is a legend 🎉
Fantastic video 🌟
❤love the pinkish one I want it
No 24, I loved it.
Take It Easy Greasy you're killing us with the Loosey Goosey camera. LOL thank you ...some proved it from the first time I seen it... not much of it😢
Thank you for tirelessly explaining what a fan, mini split, a shower, kitchen island, couch, sink, etc are…😵💫
The larger door way is easier to move furniture into and out of the rooms, the wood walls and trim will keep it warmer once the wood heats up
Nice walkthrough
I love #12, thank you for show us.
Enjoy ur videos thank you and love bigger , white kitchen , fireplace electric and other loft ❤....wish in Wisconsin well 😊
Like the kitchen in #40, Like #24, Like #27(don't care for the outside color, no loft)❤💜#11, Like #93, #6, ❤#12, ❤💜#20, 💜#28 Enjoyed the tour! Did good!
I wish I could have seen more. I love the 1st 2. And the ones with the porch and fireplace. The log Cabin was cute on the inside side. I didn’t like the wood look and color in the outside. I love that they were 399 Sq Ft also. Wish I was in Texas.!
It’s one of my favorites with a walk in closet and steps have storage
#6
#4: move door to open in kitchen side. Leaving more wallspace in LR! 😊
Fun! Thank you 😊
Ron been watching the bunker build you do and thinking hard because of everything going on with the every other country, the turmoil
Maybe move the front door over if that would allow me an apartment sized L shaped couch without sacrificing the bar. 🤔 Maybe make it look like 3 French doors with 2 actually stationary.
Thank you for the tour.
Great video, great info. Keep up the great work 👍
Yes Ron, i think you should try vaulted ceilings
#12 were my favs.
I love the salmon ( pink ) colored tiny home!
Also number 28! 2 bed 2 bath yet not huge!
OK for a single, I like the crazy kitchen. You can stand in one place and reach all your appliances without having to walk. Love that idea.

Oh yeah, so we know what you’re doing you’re boring the floor plans and their ideals. Most people call it stealing their ideas. Lol.
Just yesterday I was wondering if you ever looked to Tony homes for inspiration, and here is the answer!
20 is my favorite ❤❤❤
I did enjoy Ron. Thank you
It would be great to put one of your bunkers underneath as a basement. Great for emergencies.
I love that black one
my fave is the log cabin looking one
Howdy howdy I live in Oklahoma just moved from Texas about 3 years ago I love tiny homes they are beautiful some are little pricey however this is on a personal level you're breathing I don't know if you've ever seen a doctor for it but you might want to consider it just an observation for your health
#6 is the BOMB!
They look very good to me ... but could you build a bunker under it and bring it all ground level
i like the feel and layout plus deck of 22. i would have to change the color though
Very useful video. Thank you.
These kinda seem like on site build sheds with a whole lot of upsell in furnishing on the smaller side and better branded mobile homes on the top end.
I like this one too😊
Set one of these tiny homes over the top of one of your bunkers. As a a camouflage of the bunker.
Beautiful
