Jack’s tiny house design is brilliant! It’s compact and packs a heck of a punch with loads of innovative features. Beyond that though, I love the story of how he built it together with his father and all for budget which blows my mind! We hope you enjoy this episode. Thanks for watching this tour and for supporting our channel! With love, Bryce & Rasa
This is, by far, one of the best tiny homes that I have seen. Jack is brilliant, and is so fortunate to have such a supportive father, grandfather, uncle. Well done.
What a wonderful collaborative effort that included your grandfather, your uncle and your Dad. This small but well designed sanctuary will always be special to you, Jack. Someday your grandchildren will appreciate the love and effort that was bestowed on this quaint family treasure.
Totally agree, this is a perfect tiny home. Kitchen is gorgeous. I've dreamt of one about this size, it has all I'd ever need and then some. Jack was indeed fortunate for family help and a spot to park it.
This is my daughter in the video and her partner Jack I am very proud of them both A beautiful little house and they have all worked so hard to put this together ❤️
Wonderful young people! The bed pulling out and the table flipping up are extremely clever ideas. I also would not want to sleep in a raised low ceilinged loft space which was solved brilliantly!
You should be proud of who she has as a partner. He seems like a really intelligent, respectful lad and definitely someone that will do his all to help her get where she wants to get in life. If I was a parent, i'd be the same as you.
What an intelligent, determined and delightful young man. His home is so incredibly attractive and practical. Kudos to him, his supportive dad and family for achieving this dynamite result. 🦋
What has his intelligence (for which you can't tell nothing since you don't know him) with this project? There are many projects all over the world all the time.
This young man is impressive & so is his family. Instead of passing him wealth, they encouraged him to have passions, knowledge, love for nature & respect for his ancestors' work. A truly beautiful story.
The ingenuity of the raised kitchen with the double bed sliding underneath and doubling as a sofa, and the fold out table with the hook on folding chairs is absolutely ingenious. Well done Jack!
Yes - for the size he fit a lot of function in the house. That the bed has even a bit of storage below is crazy. My only concern would be living there longterm - it is not a lot of storage. Though we haven't seen the step pulled out - there might be a lot hiding there. But with maybe a meter more length it should be more spacious and comfortable. My criteria - if I can do Yoga and dance a little it's spacious enough.
Our world would be in a much much better place if every boy had a supportive father in his life like Jack has. Congratulations on your very first build. I'm sure we will see more of you in the future.
Yeah money is important, but support goes a long way. No reason that kids should be kicked out of the home before having a life skills and a blueprint.
@@alandavidge1273 To be fair, if the build cost 5000 quid that's hardly "millionaire" prices. His dad could have bought him all new materials and built him something way more extravagant, but chose to make him put in the extra work with reclaimed materials.
While I noted the advantages of family land, support, experience etc., I was impressed by the ingenuity of many of the design features and by Jack's perseverance in finishing such a long project alongside studying. He will have learned so much in the process and worked hard too. Whatever privileges he has had do not detract from that. Well done young man.
Totally agree. This young man owns his own house by his own efforts and graduated at University whilst doing it too. Yes, he had from help his family, who on here is ready to cast stones at him for that? Well done Jack!!! 🤓
When everything goes as it should and families work together with good old common sense, love and respect. Love the design and all you've accomplished 😊!
i’d say in comparison to others, everyone’s privileged in one way or another. i don’t know this family, so i can’t say for sure, but they could’ve put in a lot of hard work and lots of time to make sure they’d HAVE this security.
I'm homeless at 44, worked all my life. I haven't seen my father and uncles since I was 14. I liked the vid because it was nice to see family helping each other. This vid is a great blue print for those who are worried about their young.
@@perrycoffey5410 oh it's OK, I will get through it somehow. Got a new job yesterday and friends have put me up luckily. Life throws us hard times, it's all about how you react. Thank you.
@@HK-yn1vl that's kind, I'm going to need it, you know my council has built 1000 homes lately and I can't have a single one, they won't even put me up in a hotel or something because I am not diagnosed with mental illness. I don't want to called a bigot because I'm not, but who did the 1000 homes go to,???. To think I have paid 28yrs into a system that throws me to the dogs is heartbreaking. But hey. Your family should be proud looking after each other and doing what you do for the wildlife, I love wildlife as I am from Somerset. Thanks for your kind words chap.
He’s a lucky young man to have such supportive people backing him. You can tell he’s been raised right as he seems like a lovely young guy. I hope they are very happy there.
He's one very lucky young man to have not only gained experience from this build but to have had so much help and support from family and all that family land is something else. This is not something a regular 21-year old can do unless they have this type of family and access to land...
Yes, the story behind the farm was inspiring. This family are on another level of thinking ahead, keeping intune with the outdoor wild life, giving back to Mother Nature.
It’s pretty affordable to do this at this scale even if you need to buy land. One acre in the backwoods isn’t bad if you prep your tiny home to go off grid.
@@victorygarden556 Yeah, but "planning permission". I ended up living on boats when i was in the UK, as planning consistently denied any kind of structure. Now living in a wood house with on a couple of acres in Sweden bought for very little.....with cash. Being debt free is important to well being, i think.
Yep, finding and affording the land is the most expensive part of this whole thing. That’s even before getting Into the draconian planning system . I can never understand what right anyone else has to tell you what you can or can’t do on your own land . We are the only species on Earth that has to pay to live on the land .🤷🏻♀️
From the outside i was like that's way to small, and no way it's going to be actually comfortable inside. Than they show inside and just wow, that is such a cute and cozy house. I love how you did the kitchen and the flip table is so clever. You really outdid yourself Jack!
It is a really good project home. Really nice. I was wondering where the clothes, bedding, socks, towels and such are stowed though? Washing clothes? Extension in the big house? 😆
Yes he had a ton of family help and it's a huge privilege to have access to that expertise and land but he has clearly worked INCREDIBLY hard on this himself and spent an enormous amount of time planning and working. It's an incredible example of playing the hand you are dealt.
I dont think I have ever seen a build where I wouldn't change anything, and of course I would do a bigger tiny, especially kitchen, but this is incredibly efficient. The vertical thinking in the kitchen to bed is very good. A thought provoking build.
I was coming to say the same thing. Overall I really like what he has done with the place, but the only thing I would change is making the bathroom a little bigger. Big enough to have at least a dual washer/dryer.
It IS so cute. But remember, the camera can also make things so much bigger. I am THRILLED everything is made from reclaimed wood. So amazing. Unfortunately this is cute for a bit but 2 people will lose their minds together in a short time. And the land is AMAZING! But he said it was cold. If this was in an area where you can go on a beach or spend time outside 9 months a year that would be terrific. Being trapped in a closet sized home all year could be challenging, no matter how cute. The heating method alarms me. Such a tiny space. You absolutely want to make sure you have lots of ventilation. But it is a sweet view and lovely work. Unfortunately I had abandoned chicken coops on the property I grew up on that were this size and they were amazing play houses. While this is definitely awesome, I would never be able to imagine longer than a few years, tops, to reside in. And lucky him t have the resources to afford the dream and utilize his talents!
This is the family, location and creative play ALL children deserve…… When we are well nurtured and loved our creativity is ‘off the scale’…………. Well done guys
It sure helps to have a family who already own the land, can provide the machines needed and help with the build. But still, the house's design is great and he seems to be a really nice guy.
He seems like a great kid and I admire him and his dad for their relationship and for what they've done here. But this is also emblematic of the shortcomings of the tiny house movement. It's meant to be an answer for people who don't have all the resources in the world. But every time you look at who is actually doing it, it's people who have all the resources in the world.
@@DrTomCruisin sadly that's the way it is. I'd love to be able to own a "quirky" tiny house, unfortunately I study in a city and work for minimum wage. My family isn't low income and we aren't high income, about average. Not a CHANCE I'd be able to build a house like this, not as a 20 year old anyway. It's upsetting to think that realistically, this is going to be forgotten about in a few years. He'll want to move and have to move closer for work so this place will really only be temporary or will become guest accommodation.
Way to go Jack! This is no cookie cutter tiny home. Small, but so well done. His home is impressive but so is his character. He's gonna go far in life.
@@kimberlypierce3986 I mean it probably is, but i get where you're coming from. If he's working in film, there's no chance he'll be there for very long. I have worked in film, it's a lot of moving.
This is what a tiny house is all about. Lots of salvage or second hand/used material, packed with energy and space saving ideas. So many so called tiny houses these days are far from the original concept. Jack is such an intelligent, polite, charming young man with an amazing creativity. This gem, without a doubt, is one of the very best of tiny houses and wish him all the success and fun with his film making career in the future.
I thoroughly enjoyed this episode seeing what Jack & his family accomplished! There were so many features inside and out the I appreciated but my favorite was the table and chairs. Such a clever idea. Wishing Jack the best with his promising future.👍
@@TheHarmonicaBarge some councils can be funny about you bring there full time, you might need a permissive permit. If it's in your garden you can use it, if you are a member of the household, as long as you use the house's facilities, which might not be your aim - you only need a NIMBY to ruin it for you
Amazing house, and I love how humble Jack is, to continuously point out all the help he had, while building his fantastic house! Love the raised kitchen and slide under bed - it sure looks like a tiny house you can LIVE in (and it still embodies the TINY house movement, after a lot of tiny houses have veered off towards small and quite luxurious.) Well done!! ❤
What I took away from this video was the initiative, diligence, learning demonstrated. If this very young lad is approaching life in a 'can do, must do' attitude, he's CONTRIBUTING to not only his own world, but the wider world. His comments regarding the goal of his family's land which is one of stewardship is a fair sight better and more eco minded than rushing off the land, buying a home in the centre of a city and contributing to the problems of civilisation.
This is such an inspirational story for all the young adults out there at this time of inflation. I am a counsellor and have had many young clients feeling so much anxiety around housing instability. The largest age group in my area, for new homeless folks (becoming homeless within the last few years) is this age group. So we really need more inspiration like this. Thanks Jack, Rasa and Bryce!
Owning a hundred acres of land must be quite helpful in avoiding homelessness, probably more than "inspiration". I'm happy for Jack, just stating a fact.
@@jotade2098 Correct, his parents property and land are worth multi millions. Saying he is an inspiration is like saying Paul McCartney's son is an inspiration to any young man wanting to get into the music business.
@@jotade2098 I agree with you completely! Ignoring the fact that his family is extraordinarily wealthy, and several men in his family are builders by trade, is disingenuous. This project costs tens of thousands in labor alone. The boy also admitted that his father worked on the build more than he did. Finding a place to park a tiny home is no small feat. So for him to effortlessly have 100 acres of family-owned land to park on makes a huge difference.
I think the inspiration side comes from thinking outside of the box, in terms of alternatives to traditional rentals, saving for deposits, mortgages etc. Thinking differently will look different for everyone, depending on their circumstances. Great little home!
@@lb282012 well thinking outside of the box is what most homeless people do because they literally live in a cardboard box Just respect them and leave them in a different conversation because it's a serios matter we can't solve "inspiring your CLIENTS"
This gives me such hope in the younger gen, that there are really kids out there that get it...they are the future of this incredible journey and his family heritage is proof that it works...great job Jack and fam...!
pretty sure its called coming from a wealthy family. alot more people would have some hope if they could have a little cute house like this on a beautiful farm. think bout it. most people wake up to a pile of sh*t since the day they were born.
Bit of a fantasy world you're living in. Take a walk through London sometime and see the poverty everywhere! This kid is just massively fortunate to have what looks like millionaire parents with a farm worth god knows how much. He's a one-off, this isn't a reality for 90% of people.
What a terrific young man he is, with a wonderful family supporting him and allowing him to continue expanding something he started in his teenage years. I wish him and the young lady, all the best for the future.
I watch a lot of tiny home videos and this is one of the best ones. It stays true to the original “tiny home” name. I’ve noticed a lot of “tiny homes” are becoming not so tiny in recent years..slowly becoming bigger and moving away from the tiny purpose. This build is brilliant. The kitchen is my favorite part. The idea to set it up that way was genius. It adds a different design element that you don’t see in many other tiny home build videos. It switches things up in the most pleasant way. Bravo on a brilliant build!
What a sweet + brilliant story behind this design. A literal manifestation of what’s possible with patience, devotion + exquisite care. Many blessings to Jack in his new home. 🍀✨🕯
@@wordhappyHazel Right! We cannot understate his family's support. It sounds like he comes from a family of builders. So between his dad who worked on the build (more than the young man did, he admits), his uncle who owns a construction business (likely helped with engineering and design), and the grandfather who own a 'decent size' farm of 100 acres where he can park his tiny for free, he received loads of help and money to build this. His family's main home is a whole villa, even, and so I'm sure he had a nice place to stay and a warm meal while his tiny was being built. It may have cost HIM only 5,000 pounds but a lot of time and money went into the outcome, indeed. I think it's important to differentiate between a self-made build vs. someone who got loads of support. The outcome is no less beautiful, but why not give credit to those who helped him make a dream come true? Also, why not give credit to people who literally built their tiny home with little to no outside help or financing? It makes a huge difference in terms of the story behind the final product, for me personally.
Indeed, a super piece of manifesting work… Dream and imagine, open your heart and mind to see possibilities, grab the pieces as they come to you, enjoy the journey and people join you, and hey presto… with perseverance and elbow grease, your dream manifests better than you thought possible!
This house is like a Tardis. It looks so small on the outside, and then you walk into a spacious, yet well-furnished/stocked home. So cosy and very clever use of space. Love the table. I recognise the Salamander Hobbit wood stove. Tiny, but very powerful. I just installed the Salamander range with the same burn section, and am blown away with the heat it puts out on very little fuel. Best stove for a tiny house.
I enjoyed this video so much more than videos of other tiny homes. Jack and his dad did a magnificent job in creating a beautiful tiny house which is brilliantly designed. Thank you, Bryce, for sharing this wonderful video. Enjoy many years in your tiny house, Jack and girlfriend. 👍🏼👍🏼
Absolutely brilliant design!!! This tiny home is undoubtedly the best I’ve ever seen and I have seen tons on RUclips. I love how you used every inch of the space. You are a genius!!! The only thing I would like is a composting or regular toilet. I rate this beautiful tiny home a 20 out of 10! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Love the creativity and design of this house. The pallet wood interior is so warm. Love that he built this with his family. This young man has initiative and patience to create what he dreamed. What a beautiful farm, too.
This one is pretty special. I was 19 when I first discovered tiny houses, and my personal designs looked similar to his. Now I'm 30 and my design grew a bit to fit my husband, but it's so cool to see something similar to my initial idea in the flesh. Fantastic job, Jack!!!
This is one the best tiny homes I have seen. As someone who studied 3d design and architecture the way this has been done is brilliant, I love the bed system and also the table. Just such simple ideas but great ideas! Well done! ❤
I have seen thousands of tiny homes and this is among my favorites. Never did I think I could live in a tiny your size but you have proved me wrong, Excellent job young man! It is beautiful and so well thought out, Well done!
Congrats to Jack and his dad for building such a wonderfully designed tiny home at a very economical price 👍👍👍 way to go Jack. You saved a lot of materials from going to waste. Thank you, Bryce and Rasa for a great video and sharing this awesome build.
Thanks for sharing your beautiful story with us Jack, at 21 you are mightily blessed. Oh yeah don't forget to give mum, dad, your uncle's and aunts and your grandparents a big hug and Tell them you love and appreciate Them every time. Hi Bryce and Rasa....Wow, this tiny tiny home has everything...well planned out and with the kitchen being raised gave Jack his bed/sofa...i was surprised how nice it is and that Jack and his Dad ❤ did this together ....love the way Jack did the kitchen table very smart...and lots of storage..bathroom has everything they need...Congratulations on a job well done 👏
Beautiful build! I think it’s fair and important to note that beyond using second hand materials, having family with construction businesses and tools is a huge part of that low cost. Even at its small size, this would cost many times more without those advantages. Good on him for utilizing those to his benefit! Love the pullout bed especially.
100%, we can give credit to the lad, while also recognizing the privileges he has, the tools/workshop alone would cost nearly the 5 grand(of course renting is an option)
Exactly! Two things can be true at the same time. I think it’s the title of the video that’s a bit misleading. If you’re coming to really see a tiny house built for that price, you’re about to be disappointed unless you have the factors we’ve mentioned.
@@ProcyonAlpha not to mention, no one is going to sell a piece of land that small, they usually look to sell larger plots that they can make more money off
No, that's correct way to put that, it cost so much to BUILD it. If you're talking about access, and "external costs" because you can't work with other people, you would add costs on those de-merits. Not the building of it. If you're Amish you can build an even better house for cheaper. You've got no excuse. Either form a collective today or rely on heritage, but cooperation and lack thereof requires it's SEPARATE crediting. What you're saying here is, "I can't just go to retailer and BUY this property, like all the ther cheap stuff my country gains through exploitation" like it's a bundle of bananas.
I love everything about this tiny house. The bed that slides under the kitchen!! Genius No sleeping loft makes the design open, airy but cozy at the same time. This totally embodies why the tiny house movement began. We built ours a few years back out of the same necessity, with housing affordability a big factor. What Jack has achieved with a shoestring budget and eye for detail is beautiful. Awesome stuff and all the best for his bright future.
Jack is so cool! His vision, persistence, ingenuity, aesthetics, and wonderful personality made this a true pleasure to watch! *Kudos!* And well done, family too, for helping him build his dream! Thank you for sharing!
What a fantastic little home you have created! I cannot believe how you engineered so much into an 8’x 16’ space. I bet your father and grandfather really enjoyed there time with you. Good luck in your future, I know you will go far!
Jack's skills are incredible, all the little details and inventive solutions show his underlying creativity. Given that it's not surprising that he chose video production as his career. Very supportive family too
Bryce, thanks as always for sharing this magical little cottage with us. I was amazed you didn't mention the influence of foxes in the house. What sweet little nods thru out. What a charming little fox knocker on the front door, the gorgeous couch pillow and the little stuffed fox peeping out from the desk area. All to add to the charm of this build. The addition of his family's building skills and their desire to be a part of this build is impressive. I've no doubt Jack will make a mark on the world!
This is one of the best designs I've ever seen, and for it to have been done by a teenager/ man in his early 20s is mind blowing. I don't have words for how clever this is! His family must be so proud- and for good reason. Well done, young man. Very well done.
Very nice tiny house I like it.✨ Great young man. Young but smart and he thinks for his future. This is very rare nowadays among young people. And of course he has a grate family too. I wish the bests for his future.
I love Jack's beautiful tiny home, and all of the wonderful and creative features that were built into it! And I loved the story of how it was built with family, too. It has so many elements of beauty and coziness and practicality - that lovely tiny home really struck a chord with me. I wish you the best, Jack - you and your girlfriend both.
This has to be the most cleverly designed tiny home you've shown! It's amazing how much he was able to fit into that space without it feeling cramped. It reminds me a little bit of the kinds of places you see in Japan where they get that kind of functionality into tiny spaces. Even cooler, he did it for only 5k-6k pounds!
Wow😮.. I'm at the mid point of this vid and I absolutely love ❤️ this tiny home... it's cosy and comfortable looking. This is the 2nd one I've seen where the bed hides under the kitchen space. I want to build one of these, especially love also the Dutch(split) door.
Not to put this guy down, he seems really lovely and he's worked very hard. It does seem easy though when you're parents have a huge farm with plenty of space, tools and resources. When he says "some of my friends are still renting", at 21 that's really no shock. Most people, including the middle classes now days will be renting way into their adult life, if not their entire life. It just seems unfortunate that people that may need the oppertunity to build a place for themselves the most, ie. people that have no other option, will find it the hardest because of lack of resources. There are so many people in very difficult financial situations in the UK, I wish we could build tons of these tiny, inexpensive homes for them but of course that would solve the housing problem and cause property prices to drop so the Tories would never do that. They need scarcity to maintain the market. Bleak! Anyway, good luck to the lad. He's built a lovely home.
Outstanding! This house is amazing, but what is truly great is the confidence Jack has gained by creating it. Inspiring confidence in someone so young is daunting; inspiring confidence in himself at that age will serve Jack for his entire life. Love this so much!
What a great home! This would be a super layout for senior citizens, with a bed/couch on the first floor and such a complete kitchen. I would take one in that style in a heartbeat.
What an inspiration from a young man who built this home with no experience along with his father! I love the raised kitchen - that is exactly what I would want. Who wants to look up at an empty ceiling when it can be useful? This was done so creatively. I congratulate him on his skills - looks like a professional built it!
Your best tiny home episode ever. Gorgeous and exquisitely planned. I watch a lot of tiny home videos, and I've never said that - even about ones I liked.
I'm always amazed how much interest and dedication other fathers show in their kids. Mine just goes to work and has never been even slightly interested in anything I do and is already annoyed when he has to spend more than 5 minutes with me
I'm in the opposite position. I would do anything to spend time with my grown young adult children. Unfortunately mine have nothing to do with me and I have tried everything possible. I live off grid and bought enough land for both of them. I just pray they realize before it's too late.
My dad was so encouraging and supportive of me. On the other hand my mother is almost threatened and competitive of me. She even insulting me publicly in front of her friends. It didn’t stop me from becoming a successful woman general building contractor. I did it and she never celebrated my successes even when I had millions of dollars in value under contract
@@dongilley3273 Adult children decide how they want to live their life. Maybe take an interest in THEM and ask questions. You might learn something about them. You can't try to make them do what you wish they would do. If they have nothing to do with you, they have a reason. It could just be them, or you, or a combination. My daughter and I have a good relationship now that she in her late 20s, but doesn't want my advice unless she asks, which was maybe once or twice in the past decade, lol. Good Luck!

Such a cozy home and brilliant use of the space! The fact that he designed this at 16 is impressive! The farm is beautiful, and I'm sure it helps to have access to land and resources, but this doesn't change the fact that he worked hard to design and build this. The ingenuity of the raised kitchen with the double bed sliding underneath and doubling as a sofa, and the fold out table with the hook on folding chairs is absolutely ingenious. Well done Jack!
That sliding bed/couch under the kitchen is so smart. I might have to steal that idea for myself to see if I can use it in some plan.

Your Dad built it for you
Yes! I’ve been trying to figure out how to keep a bed on the ground floor and wow he nailed it.
Being a multi millionaire helps a lot though!
Good point
@@alandavidge1273 Notice that I didn't mention money - his dad was supportive. But you are correct in that money helped this kid.

This is amazing, looks better than some multimillion mansions I've seen, what a guy, humble, smart.
It's often the case with these tiny homes isn't it? The largest expense is land and most use friends or family land.
Taking advantage of what is available and make the best of.
And what an incredible hand he was dealt...🙄
I wasn’t expecting the interior to be so spacious. One of the best I’ve seen!!!
I dont think I have ever seen a build where I wouldn't change anything, and of course I would do a bigger tiny, especially kitchen, but this is incredibly efficient. The vertical thinking in the kitchen to bed is very good. A thought provoking build.
The table setup is great!
I was so amazed I actually forgot about the bathroom!💐🤗
The only missing that I would need is a washer/dryer.
I was coming to say the same thing. Overall I really like what he has done with the place, but the only thing I would change is making the bathroom a little bigger. Big enough to have at least a dual washer/dryer.
No kidding! A front deck and a combo washer/dryer is the only thing I would add.
Just goes to show that you can't judge a house by its size. This house is absolutely amazing!
It’s crazy that this tiny house looks 4x’s bigger on the inside than it does on the outside.
I know! I was judging it so hard before they entered 😂 now I just think it's genius! ❤😊
I also made that comment. It is the camera angle. Cute, but it is a walk in closet on wheels. Look at his specs. However, wonderful talent.
This is the family, location and creative play ALL children deserve……
When we are well nurtured and loved our creativity is ‘off the scale’………….

It sure helps to have a family who already own the land, can provide the machines needed and help with the build. But still, the house's design is great and he seems to be a really nice guy.
At least he doesn’t make it sound like he did it all on his own
He seems like a great kid and I admire him and his dad for their relationship and for what they've done here.
It's upsetting to think that realistically, this is going to be forgotten about in a few years. He'll want to move and have to move closer for work so this place will really only be temporary or will become guest accommodation.
He does seem like a great kid. But, I don't buy the 5k pounds for building it, even with repurposed items.

Omg imagine this being produced for young people and homeless how amazing!
What a gem of joy for Jack, he is so young to be owning his life, let alone this exquisite tiny house, so full of promise.

And family support
Manifestation does not exist

No, that's correct way to put that, it cost so much to BUILD it. If you're talking about access, and "external costs" because you can't work with other people, you would add costs on those de-merits. Not the building of it.

Congratulations on your HUGE accomplishment! Your perseverance has paid off! A great pleasure for this 75 year old American woman to see your "Tiny Home."!!!
Thank you, Jack for being such a kind, positive inspiration for others to DIY their own tiny houses!
Yes, it's certainly inspired me...just looking for someone to gift me a piece of land now.
Such a cozy home and brilliant use of the space! The fact that he designed this at 16 is impressive! The farm is beautiful, and I'm sure it helps to have access to land and resources, but this doesn't change the fact that he worked hard to design and build this. Plus, the fact that he has such a supportive father, grandfather, and family who helped him during this project is so wholesome and warmed my heart. I'm sure they made many memories together! Loved the fox details around the home, it's so cute! And his girlfriend has the coolest hair, btw!!! Best wishes to the young couple and their loved ones!
Agreed. 💖☺️
Absolutely awesome home and memories to last a lifetime. Nice to see all that you have accomplished at a young age. Bravo to your parents for the guidance and support that they have given you. I know that they are proud of all your hard work. Enjoy now!
Absolutely love this. Amazing achievement! I love how everything fits together so well. The couch/bed, the kitchen table. So well designed.
Wow. Such an incredible tiny home. One can see the design and thoughtfulness that was put into the project. I bet his dad is so proud. Cool that they built the first build when he was 13. Such a fun vid. Thanks Byrce
This is one of the nicest tiny homes I've seen by far + so cleverly done !! Congratulations on finishing university + getting this great job !! Over the years I have watched thousands of tiny hosts grand life small living videos and this is by far The best most amazingTiny house built I have ever seen!! and all of the Conservation and lack of waste is amazing
What a beautiful build! Whilst there’s a luxury in owning land that’s quite rare - you can tell this was such a genuine labour of love and collaboration between him and his family ❤ hope they are both very happy in their lovely new home! Maybe one day if they wanted to upsize, they could use this as a little getaway/airbnb as a side project!
Love the pallet walls. They're beautiful. Very nicely done and to have his dad to help him to learn the building trade is priceless.
Absolutely beautiful right??!!!
This guy is smart and a go getter. He has earned this great tiny house. It is tiny but I think he has done a great job in defining different areas. The price he paid is mind blowing. Great job Jack.
Absolutely stunning. It’s not a tiny house, it’s a piece of art. I love it!
