Covid and a meniscus tear…nothing life threatening at all but set my workouts back a bit. Prayer is my meditation….can’t live without your routines, thank you for keeping me motivated!!🥰

I don’t often crave straight strength workouts. I usually like some cardio mixed in, but I was actually craving straight strength today. This was golden! Great strength workout!😊
Yes I can do 2 rounds but 3 gets boring sometimes. I think I might need to get over that though because I did a 3 rounder the other day with super heavy weights with you and I felt that the next few days. So if I want to grow lean muscle more than I might need to do some more of your heavier weights workout.
