This allows one area to reat while we just right into the other. A great way to maximize your time!

When I started working out with you several years ago, I liked the no repeats, but as I’ve gained experience, I really prefer these 3 round repeats. Thanks! (But they are all good! You do a fantastic job helping us make working out a daily habit.)

Thank u, Tracy. This was a good full body workout. The challenging part for me was 1 standing and 1 floor. Getting off the floor was a little tough but managed to do this entire circuit!!!

This was a terrific workout! Loved the exercises you chose and the fact that they weren't compound moves. While the latter are great and save time, working one muscle group at a time allowed me to focus on form. Thanks and hope to see more of these. Loved the 30 minute format too.

This was great.... I love strength + cardio workout. Could we have a "no break from weight" kinda workout? Where even the cardio exercises are with dumbbells, preferably low impact too 😘

great workout! I want to lose fat and build muscle. I have muscle that's covered by fat. So do I lose the fat first and then build muscle? I have been fasting and fitting in my protein amount but yes it is challenging
My heaviest weights are 15 lbs. So I have to modify when you use heavier weights. So for the plie squats when you used one 35lb I held the 15s on my shoulders. Is this how you would modify this? Goblet squat, same issue. I held two 10s between my legs but was a wee bit awkward. Any advice on modifications? Thanks for a great workout!!
Great question! First and foremost whatever you do, good form and safety is important, so do consider this. Yes in most cases you can improvise and use two dumbbells rather than one. You can also simply do a different but similar move e.g. a variation on the squat move, to make it more doable with two dumbbells

That was an amazing full body dumbell workout supersets.
The exercises are intense even though I don’t have heavier than 21 lbs (2 dumbells) and a single 28 lbs. 🥹
That was pretty heavy though.😅
