I liked this format a lot - i like focusing on single muscle instead of compound and the no repeat makes it go so fast. Please do more like this, but also longer like 45 or 50 min. Thank YOU!

I've been exercising a long time and still occasionally find myself doing a movement improperly. So these reminders are incredibly useful and can prevent injuries!

Thanks for this, Tracy! I'm short on time this morning, but I still wanted to work out. This was just perfect! 👍It moved right along, and we hit each muscle group in only 30 minutes. At the end I decided to swap out the ab exercises for cardio HIIT intervals for a little more burn. 🔥So glad I was able to fit a workout in today!
Great workout if you’re short on time. A little bit of everything was worked. I liked the lunge/deadlift exercise. I don’t think I’ve done that one before. Thank you!

This was a gr8 one.. Short on time but yet very intense. Thank u, Tracy. Must admit that for a couple of exercises I cut short the time duration to 30 secs. Hope your pooch is feeling better now. I totally for got his / her name. Remember he used to join ur workouts sometime back!😊
