Funny when you said at the end that you've been putting off doing VO2 Max workouts. I've been doing the same thing with this workout (when I saw VO2 Max in the description). I usually love cardio but still... As you, I love the feeling at the end! So much so that I repeated the 4 x minutes an extra time (after 4 minutes of recovery). Felt lovely (but it was HARD). Please do more of these VO2 max. It's easier mentally to follow you than do something on my own.

Thank YOU for that! That was so good, the front lunge/press was the toughest for me I think. Went by SO fast. I was putting off working out this morning because I couldn't decide what to do and like you said, it's hard to choose a VO2 max, but so glad I chose this one. And I only paused it twice (dog & to catch up in 6x6) which is progress for me! Thank you so much Tracy!

I had to change the lunge overhead press to a curl/overhead. I couldn't keep my arms up by shoulders and lunge 🤪
