@@qtsmhealth If I were you I'd look into Dr. Erik Berg, Sadhguru and old knowledge to get rid of your high blood pressure. There is a way. High blood pressure can be a massive difficulty in life, so imagine if you could get rid of it. You will be amazed at what yoga, meditation, breathing exercises and a balanced diet can do. I know it sounds like yeah yeah whatever, but I am a living testament to that it works. You can also look into Art Of Living. They're in about 130 or so countries worldwide. They're amazing too. Best of luck and I hope you get better, friend.

My grandsons love eating and it's important for them to stay in touch with their cultures (they are Japanese-Puerto Rican and Chinese). We occasionally cook together, but you've given us another source of creating delicious memories. I look forward to us trying these recipes together. My son is the cook in their household, so they see men cook. But it's also important for them to see strong male role-models with various talents. Thank you,

Oh wow. I made this today and I'm addicted. It's going into the weekly rotation for certain, and if I have guests over at some point, it will be on the menu. Wil, I disagree with you about it being like a restaurant in your home. Restaurants don't often have things this good. This is something which kicks home cooking up from very good to meta-good. Sublime. Beyond compare and beyond reproach. And it is so simple to make! No. There aren't any selections in the restaurants in my town which serve anything like this good, and definitely nothing this good that is vegan. I've been eating clean and vegan for quite a long time, and if I eat fast food or even most restaurant food I end up with a tummy ache and a lot of regret. There are no regrets with this recipe. Just plain old satiation and happiness.
Can't wait to try your new falafel recipe. I'd make it tonight if I didn't have other things to use up before they go bad. Your Ramen with Spicy Tan Tan Sauce is on the menu for tonight. It's also one I crave.

This looks so delish! The downside of living in a rural area is that many of the ingredients are not available in local stores.

Which ingredients are not avaliable to you? Everything in this recipe is pretty simple, I think for the brocolini and mushrooms regular broccoli and mushrooms could be used. A mild white vinegar like white wine vinegar could work instead of rice vinegar, and for the dark soy sauce there are substitution recipes for that using molasses and additional spices.

@@TallTeenTurtle Yes, I could make substitutions. Also, I could make the recipe when I get to a store with the ingredients. I want to experience the dish as demonstrated. We don't have Tofu, bean sprouts, dark soy, the noodles, the broccoli or the mushrooms.

@@sinndymorr6358 I think you can order some of these ingredients from Amazon, local grocery stores or from online World market. Beans sprouts is optional in this dish, however you can even grow beans sprouts; It’s super easy to do and it grow super fast. 😊
