I made the chilli oil garlic noodles for my family yesterday. Everyone liked it. This recipe will definitely be on repeat for us. We especially enjoyed the type of noodle that you recommended. Thanks!
I thought just like other videos on RUclips this is going to be either ‘not so convenient’ or ‘the typical tomato sauce’ recipes. But these are actually easy that I can make anytime and diverse! Thank you so much!!
if you make a part two, could you maybe include sweet potato glass noodles? they’re my favourite noodle but I’m always struggling to think of ways to cook them except for a japchae or simple stir fry
I love how organised you are an explain everything step by step that makes it so easy to follow the recipe and also makes the presentation very easy also your noodles look delicious 😋
I’ve made your miso carbonara before! It’s so yummy, but the miso + bacon + parmesan combo adds so much sodium to the dish that I can’t really make it very often. can’t wait to try that chili oil recipe though 🔥
Great video! Easy to follow, simple ingredients and steps.. and what looks like really delicious results! Thank you! Can't wait to try one of these dishes on my own!
The way my parent's said "Dark Vinegar", we grew up thinking it was " Duck Vinegar". Likewise, we grew up thinking that "Taro buns" were "Tuna buns" just oddly without any hint of fish in them. I just use Balsamic vinegar directly, it's a little sweeter but most recipes have you adding a lot of sugar anyways.
for the garlic chili oil noodles: I was really hungry, and wasn't able to get the black vinegar, so I just left it out. So for anyone, who doesn't have it: It's still very good and delicious, but it is noticeable that there is sourness missing. Maybe one could use lime as a substitute? unfortunately I didn't have that either, but I can't wait to try it with the black vinegar next time
I don’t know why I torture myself by watching your videos. I’m on a healing diet for my ulcerative colitis and I can’t eat any of this right now. I’m praying I can enjoy dishes like this in the future because they look absolutely amazing! 🙏🏻
omg those noodles looked so good! I clicked as soon as I saw the thumbnail pop in my notifications. I wish I had a bit more time, I'd love to prepare the first ones. I didn't know about the cookbook, I'll be sure to check it out, maybe to make this on my next at home vacations! 😊
Hi Dzung! I just discovered your channel and I’M HOOKED! I love that your recipes are easy and that they use a lot of ingredients I already have in my fridge and cabinets! Everything always looks ssssoooo good I wish there was such a thing as smell-o-vision! Keep up the great work!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Love your videos. These look absolutely delicious. I'm not a big fan of heat but can do some spice so I'm going to try the garlic noodles with a little less spice. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful recipes ❤
Nicely done, thanks for sharing these recipes and techniques. I think I’ll try the Miso Carbonara this weekend, never thought of just scooping out some pasta water out while still cooking. Genius! 👏😉
I may be overcautius but I'll take the pan off the heat when I add something that I know will bubble too intensely, or steam up at me. When it subsides a little but, I apply the pan back to the burner. all good! :) These all look SO good. Thank you❤
Wow, I saw your channel for the first time, and, God, it's so amazing, so perfect, like the atmosphere of a Barbie movie. I love it! You`re great (and your voice is so beautiful too!)
Making the beef noodles tonight. Kinda sad I don’t have the broccoli but I have other vegetables I love to substitute so I look forward to having this. TFS! ❤
Hi Dzung, I have the same type of rice stick noodles that you use for the beef broccoli noodles recipe but can you please let me know how long you blanch the noodles for? It wasn’t stated on the package.
The food looks really yum! I'll definitely try the recipes - especially the first noodle 🤤 I could find the video is asthetically pleasing as well! And the deep blue blouse goes really amazing with you, Dzung 💙
What kind of stove are you using? Does it cook pretty fast? Thank you in advance if you have time to respond. Your broccoli and beef stir fry 👀 very yummy.
Neutral - as in minimal flavour or aroma. Olive oil will add a odd fusion tinge - but you may like that. A cheap vegetable oil will suffice. But as with all cooking - go with what you have and “don’t worry ‘bout it!”
Great recipes! We tried to make a low carb noodles version to keep it nutrition friendly, lol. I put up a video on our channel if anyone needs the recipe.
Please, tell us the three recipes that you are going to make first, and create timed segments where we can jump to them. Because I can't tell what you are going to cook is what I want to make.
I think you are wonderful and I am so glad I have your cookbook!!! All these recipes look so good! But I have to tell you that the slurping noises gross me out.
you make the BEST cooking videos, from the visuals, to the explanation, to not being boring! love you, NEED your book! xoxo

I love to cook, and I'm experienced. However, I rarely cook asian dishes. Your video has me on a new trajectory! Thanks for the fun!
I was laughing and rolling on the floor when your husband was like “I’m going to make it more spicy.” It was so funny He like I can take the heat!” 🤣
Really? Rolling on the floor? 😕

You can just use regular vinegar. You have regular vinegar don’t you?

第一个类似油泼面,最后一个类似干炒牛河。不过没有一样算是比较地道的做法。

it looks delicious
thank you!
Hi Dzung, May I ask where your measuring spoons are from?
Does it matter at all if the miso you use already has dashi in it? That seems to be the only kind of jiso I can find in our groceries.
Maravilha
I wanna try
yesssss! enjoy!!
Looks yummy! I use baking soda to tenderize my meat and it comes out sooo tender and delish 😋
New sub! Looks delicious 😋

How much of noodle or spaghetti need for each recipe here? What is the serving size for each recipe?
2 servings each. i used about 6oz of the spaghetti
Is olive oil an alternative for avocado oil? She mentioned something like neutral oil but I have no idea what that means
Neutral - as in minimal flavour or aroma. Olive oil will add a odd fusion tinge - but you may like that.
A cheap vegetable oil will suffice.
But as with all cooking - go with what you have and “don’t worry ‘bout it!”
Watching this video because you look so pretty 😁❤️👍

I think you are wonderful and I am so glad I have your cookbook!!! All these recipes look so good! But I have to tell you that the slurping noises gross me out.
You have that 'I'm not too bright' voice women put on to a T.
The second recipe seems more Italian to me..but ok.

1/4 cup of broth? WHat kind of broth? Vegetable? Chicken? Beef? Miso? What are we talking here?

i thought the chili oil one would be simple but man :/ i don't even think most of those ingredients are available to everyone.
