The shadow shading makes the flower so much alive. The bird looks happy with vibrant colour. Tq on the tutorial. Always admire your painting.

I love this video! I tend to make a mess if I go past 3 layers, but by then it’s still not quite where I want it. This approach is pretty helpful to see! Thx!😊

Once again Anna you have created one of the finest art tutorials I have seen anywhere.
Unlike many artists and illustrators on social media you are generous with your “secrets” and techniques. Beyond that is the quality of the video itself. I can see your designer skills coming through in your ability to organize each video into a logical process and use creative ways to lead the student through the process. I love the shuffling and then organization of the colour swatch cards. The use of video editing techniques such as sequenced arrow and visual commentary to visually enhance the spoken message. You are a natural teacher as well as a phenomenal artist!
Kudos Anna and great success in the future. I would certainly be interested in adding a book by you to my collection!

Hi Denise! My apologies for the late response. I don't think I can adequately express how much your message means to me! The past 3 years have been a huge learning project for me in terms of learning the filming techniques, I sometimes feel a bit overwhelmed with how much I still have to learn to continue making it a viable job teaching online. I I realize the "background" work that goes into filming and editing videos is not always "visible" - the idea is to make it impactful and educational without showing behind the scenes production:) I spend most of my days editing / writing or taking courses to improve videography skills or thinking through the best way to present a concept. Its not always a smooth sailing. When I read your message {i was in the middle of editing a particularly complicated sequence with 2 cameras and getting a bit frustrated with myself}} I really felt appreciated and encouraged! Huge thank you for your support and for taking the time to leave a comment like this. It means a lot. Anna PS: I am quietly working on a book!!! Announcement coming soon:)

@@AnnaBucciarelli I am happy to know that my comments came at a good time for you. We all need to be constantly learning new skills and “stretching”. In my own experience I have spent many years of volunteer time as a small church choir music director. During Covid we could not meet in person, but music was so important to the folks in my choir that I wanted to find a way for us to continue to sing and create. Our church decided to record video services each week and I was suddenly immersed in learning to record and produce a “virtual choir”. Wow. Talk about a learning curve! Four years ago I had no idea the things I could learn! 😉
Anna, you are so gifted and capable. Don’t doubt yourself for a minute, because to others your abilities are obvious. Never turn your back on an opportunity to learn new things and keep nurturing the elasticity of your brain! You never know where your path may lead. At the same time, it is incredibly important that you feed your soul as well. Rest is important! It is so easy to become so focused on your current goals that you forget to see the beauty of the world around you. I grew up in Mississauga and graduated from University of Toronto, as well from Sheridan College in Creative Arts. That was many years ago, but I still miss the beauty of autumn in southern Ontario! The scarlet maples made me catch my breath!
I look forward to your future videos and with great anticipation to reading your book when it is completed. I am sure it will be magnificent!
      All the best,
      Denise
