They’re from HIDprojectors. You have to buy the ones specifically for the Patriot.

Thanks for the video. I am actually replacing my daughters Patriot headlamps this weekend and needed to see how to remove the grill. I see what he did but how did you guys get the bottom row of tabs back together when you reassembled the grill? It looks like an awful lot of tab connectors there.... l almost want to say is it easier to just remove the bumper and grill together. I guess what I am asking is how hard was it to push the bottom row of tabs back together when you guys put the grill back on?

Its kinda a pain. you have to be careful not to damage the grill, but what I did was pull on the grill mesh till the tabs were secured.
