You have to disconnect the yellow wire which is the blinker wire and splice it to the blinker wire located lower which has the same color wire yellow. In order for it to work.

Which wire makes the yellow turn signal work?

When I turn my headlights on the turn signal no longer flashes with these lights. When the headlights are off and marker lights are on, the amber halo overrides the white halo. Then when I hit my turn signal, the amber halo flashes as it should. When I turn the signal off, it stays amber and does not return to white. When I turn my marker lights on, the halo stays amber as well, and will no longer flash with the turn signal on. Headlights on, same thing. Just amber halo and no flashing of the turn signals.

I installed these on my 2010 jeep wrangler and when the lights are off..inside the jeep all of the lights are on, minus the halo. The only way they work is if you turn them on.
